Property was average for a Quality Inn/Suites. No elevator. We were second floor. Floor under the entry into our room was vibrating/humming from whatever equipment is situation directly below. It did not disturb our sleep. Everything worked fine and we had no issues with the sheets, towels or bathroom fixtures. Refrigerator worked. Staff was responsive. Desk in room had been previously broken and obviously repaired in an unprofessional manner, but held together. Room smelled clean. Breakfast was typical for this type of establishment (eggs, "bacon," waffles, etc.) and was well-tended by the morning staff. Breakfast room was clean and cared for. No complaints- just a good stay and what we would expect for the hotel and the price point.

I am always picky on cleanliness and staff attitude. They were nice, friendly, rooms clean, no bugs, vey comfortable and the breakfast option was great. The chef was on top of what was needed and cleaned right away.

My room had ants! I let the front desk know and the staff had no clue about customer service and how to satisfy the customer. Half the time no one was available to answer questions due to no staff . Won't stay again!

The furnace/air conditioning was blowing out si much dirt, it made me sick. I got horrible headaches and congestion. When I complained the staff didnt care. I never got any cleaning service. I was there 4 days. When I asked for the staff to come and empty the garbage, and vacuum. The cleaning lady was extremely rude, like I was bothering her!. On the 4th day, still no service and had to empty my own garbage. The price for the rooms, are way to high for the "quality" of the rooms

The rooms were very small. You couldn’t hardly get in and out of bed. The bathrooms were clean but very very small. There was a strong smell of marijuana. I will not be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. We hardly got any sleep both nights. Other guests were in and out of their rooms, allowing the doors to slam, and talking loudly in the hall. A guest next to our room allowed their dog to bark for sometime (I think they left it alone). The second night, someone was outside our window screaming at 1:30 a.m. Things didn't quiet down until about 5:30 a.m. both mornings! There should be some kind of "Quiet Time" posted so guests can be respectful of other guests.

It did not have indoor pool my daughter was supposed to share room with me so my great grandson could swim she ended up getting a different hotel so I had to pay for this awful room by myself the room was top of stairs two older couples talked and laughed loudly until after 10 pm I had to call front to ask them to have the people go somewhere else to visit I needed to sleep I mean that’s why I got a room so I had somewhere to sleep then at 4 am the workers were talking loudly and woke me up it was like they were outside my door they would not refund my money I’ll never stay there again or use Expedia

Our hotel does have an outdoor pool that is available seasonally, as stated on the Expedia website as well as all other websites our hotel is listed. The hotel is located is a great location right off the highway. The hotel staff from the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast attendant (gentleman 1/9) were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the bed is so uncomfortable! We have stayed at other hotels where the reviews caution about the beds. Generally, it hasn’t been as bad as the reviews. This hotel is the exception. Our flight was delayed and we had to reschedule for the next day. We booked a room elsewhere, only because of the beds.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was basic but very good each morning with some time of warm egg and meat option, and then waffles and bagels as well. It was a decent option for a quick stay. I was in town for a week for a work trip and wish I had booked a nicer place. The bed was hard and not very comfortable and the shower was extremely small. There was a lot of noise outside the hotel being next to the interstate overpass and a trucking stop. It was inconvenient to get out of the parking lot with all the traffic in the morning. I picked this place because they advertise that they do not clean everyday. I personally do not like the cleaning staff to come into my room, so I always leave my “do not disturb” sign out. I was a little annoyed to see that someone had been in the room to refresh towels and take out the trash. I feel like they should skip rooms with the signs placed out.

Regarding the parking lot traffic in the morning, we understand this can be frustrating, especially when you're in a hurry. As for the misunderstanding regarding our housekeeping policy, while we do offer "Housekeeping Upon Request", we reserve the right to enter the room after the third night for necessary assessments. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the refreshment of towels and trash removal. We will ensure better communication with our housekeeping team to avoid such situations in the future.
