Great relaxing resort!
Jasmin Beach Resort was a wonderful hotel to rest and rejuvenate at! The food varies day from day which was nice. Close to town that you could either walk (but that hill can be a lot!) or catch a shuttle too. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They treated us very well and, when needing to confirm the booking, they even got us a better room. Truly a great experience and would easily go again!

Couldnt fault the hotel great size rooms clean,modern decore. Great location by quiet pool. Lots of choice of food and drinks. Photography great used the turkish spa and then men went for a turkish shave great value for money.

Not worth half of what I paid.
We had to move rooms because there was no WiFi in rooms so got a room next to lobby. No way is this a 4 Star hotel more like a 3 star. The rooms were no better if cheaper looking than a travel lodge.Quality of fittings were cheap & shoddy. Cooked food was very bad mostly. If you wanted to live on salads etc it was ok. We walked out of so called Ala carte restaurant it was a joke. Staff were very pleasant & did there best to please you. No complaints there. Entertainment was a waste of time especially for English people. Wouldn’t go back there even if I was paid. Was happy to leave.

The food was great dessert could be slightly better Really good animation The staff by the pool try hard to make sure everyone is having a good time and take part in activities. Staff at reception couldn't be friendlier. Their spa facilities are excellent have a pretty decent gym. They also have a barbers and tattooist on site. (One member of our group had a haircut and another got a tattoo and both were really pleased) The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Best hotel
Fantastic hotel, great food and brilliant service. Very friendly. Great professional photographer. Had my wedding photographs done whilst staying here and all my guests were treated perfectly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Right on the beach and close to all amenities. Gorgeous surroundings. Not great for WiFi but perfect for everything else.

We had a great stay so much so that we extended our stay and are planning for next year. We had a club room but for family of 4 too small so we had to change to an unrenovated family room. Pros: ac, all inclusive food, activities, great spa and hair salon, many pools Cons: unrenovated family room

Perfect for family with kids
It is a very comfortable place very good food selections.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Turkish bath and spa is great value and enjoyable. Beach is not as sandy you would hope but at least is close to water activity and boat trips as you are on the Bay side . Overall pleasant stay with nightly entertainments from belly dancing to cabaret style dance and music, however the kids program goes to passed 10pm with music that really doesn't need to be that loud.

UNFORTUNATE STAY!
I reserved 3 rooms for my family for 3 nights stay. The service was absolutely a joke! They picked up some uneducated men from villages and put them in service and made them in charge. The "bartender" picked up a fight with a guest in the middle of our dinner. 100s of people were shocked including myself. There is no security for the "hotel". If you are going by car forget about finding a park. The receptionists have no idea how to welcome a guest. The pool was dirty with lots of chemicals they put daily and I don`t think they adjust the chemical level. Other option is the beach but that`s dirty too. Thought Bodrum beaches were so special. Maybe in another location. The food was all the same. There is a variety but nothing special like real Turkish cuisine you would think. Kitchen is poor. So is the bar. They only have the cheapest bottle of liqueur that you have not heard or seen before and you do not even want to sip. They serve the drinks with dirty glass, I`ve witnessed myself! Who knows what they put in those bottles... You cannot sit 6 people at the same table. We got yield at trying to combine 2 tables for my family. We had to eat on separate tables for the entire stay. The water park is open only for 2 hours a day! What a joke! You would really regret to stay there!

Had previously stayed at this hotel before it was all inclusive and was looking forward to going back. This was short lived once we arrived. The apartments that families are put into are the old not yet refurbished ones. Id did know this before I arrived so it was not a surprise. What was a surprise was how dirty they were. The apartment looked like it had not been properly cleaned in years. There were stains on all of the cupboards in the bathroom and the mirror. The floor was dirty therefor we couldn't/wouldn't let the children play on the ground. The fridge although it looked pretty new was filthy and I cleaned this myself with antibacterial wipes as the food for the children was going in there. Other than the cleanliness of the apartments everything else was good. The staff that work in the hotel itself were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The food was fine just got a bit repetitive for me after a few days but being turkey there is always a good value restaurant within a few feet of the hotel. If you don't mind eating relativity the same food every day this hotel is perfect. Everything was so fresh and there was a different meat on the grill every night. Entertainment in the hotel was OK with games for the adults every afternoon in the pool and evening entertainment after dinner which finishes up around 11pm. I would also stay away from the Turkish bath as once they get your money they are not very accommodating at giving you what you've paid for

Stayed for two nights only and this was enough for us. No toiletries provided in room. Room needed a refurb but clean. Restaurant was well furnished and decorated but very limited choice of hot food . All inclusive drinks were good.

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Clean rooms, good food, great pools. Turkish bath and hamam very good and good price. Bus into bodrum at end of road. Bodrum is a fantastic place to stroll around, day or night. Gumbet beach is great also. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

What a disappointment! We were hoping for a nice clean hotel with lots of facilities as advertised. What we got was a dirty room, no internet connection and many reasons to complain. As with a large number of guests, I spent most of the last week with severe stomach pains, some were very ill. When you asked for help the staff weren't bothered or too busy dealing with other complaints. On a positive point the hotel is ideally located on the edge of Gumbet. Take extra money with you, after eating the same food again and again you'll end up dining in the local restaurants as most people did! If the slides look good on the photos they are, for the 90 minutes a day they stay open! All in all, go self catering and save yourself a lot of bother, money and disappointment.

Had a great time- good location close to beach and town and the three pools means there's always a sunlounger somewhere. Club rooms are fine, if a bit basic. All inclusive tasty food but meal times quite busy in peak period.

We were a party of 6 arriving early evening in time for dinner and drinks - my son and daughter, 21 & 24, my two step daughters, 21 & 22 and 'Mum'. We all really enjoyed our time at the Jasmin Beach Hotel whether it be food, entertainment, facilities, night-life, Spa or staff. The Jasmin turkish baths and spa is a must. The Spa, run by the Emin and ablely supported by Volkan, Hamid, Emre, Svedla and 'alright mate', is fantastic. No hard sell, no hassle. The entertainment team led by Suat were excellent... knowledgeable and great fun. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were attentive and dilligent. Really easy to get on with and communicate with. Hajlil, Ozlem and the rest of the crew were firm favourites of our party. At no time did any of the party feel uncomfortable in Turkey even late at night after a visit to Bar Street. Bar Street was so much fun.... the music was great and the prices reasonable - you can even haggle with bar manager - brilliant. The places to visit are Yates for a bit of Karaoke, then Vogue where Hassan will make sure you're well looked after and then The Temple Bar... There are so many good bars along the 'strip'. we all had great night's out. I would return to Bodrum and recommend it as a great place to catch the sun, eat well, be entertained and rest. The whole time we were there we were saying we should have booked longer and regretted leaving after only just 7 nights. Turkey is a beautiful place with cultured and respectful people.

Not bad for the price.
Had an amazing holiday. Was not expecting anything amazing for what I paid but the staff were very friendly and there were 3 pools so it never got overcrowded. Food wasn't amazing but if you pick the right stuff it was not bad and some of it very flavoursome. Drinks were as expected local spirits and beers. Mixed bag of people staying at the resort of various nationalities.

Normalde nir gece kalacaktım iki güne uzattıktan sonra oda temizliği istedim. Odaya girdiğimizde yatak başlığı ayna özellikle yatağın altı toz içindeydi ve istek üzerinde temizlermeme rağmen temizlenmemişti. Toza alerjim var bu yüzden konakladığım sürede benim için özellikle çok zordu. Yemekler genel anlamda güzeldi. Aç kalma veya doymama gibi bir imkan yok desem yeridir. Herkese göre farklıdır fakat çalışanların, alanda bulunan garsonlar örneğin, bana kaba geldi. Sevdiğim tek kişi yemek yenem kattaki barda bulunan arkadaştı. Ona ayriyeten teşekkür ederim. Alkol imkanından çok yararlanmadım. Kalitesiz ve şarap bazlı alkoller kullanılıyor. Lokal harici ücretli olarak alabiliyorsunuz. Gerçekten kafa dağıtmak amacıyla gitmemiş olsam memnun kalmazdım
