Nightmarish Stay at Hotel Samara
Our stay at Hotel Samara was an absolute nightmare. The service was horrendous, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing even the most basic hospitality. The check-in experience was nothing short of disrespectful, with the management displaying a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Throughout my stay, I felt neglected and ignored, with my requests for simple things like room extra bed and housekeeping falling on deaf ears. It was evident that guest satisfaction was not a priority for the hotel. The overall condition of the hotel was dismal. The rooms were outdated, unclean, and in dire need of maintenance. The lack of attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the worn-out furniture to the dirty carpets. To make matters worse, the hotel's location left much to be desired, with noisy surroundings and no access to nearby attractions or amenities. We had expected better from a hotel listed on Hotel.com, but Hotel Samara was a complete letdown. I strongly advise against booking a stay here unless you want to endure a truly terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a more welcoming and accommodating option elsewhere.

On arrival, there was no one to great us. At the check-in there was expressionless guy named Mustafa who was rude, indifferent, pretty much a smart-ass. When asked why despite our specific prior request to put our groups' room close to each other he has scattered us all over the property...he replied angrily that they are busy. There was one bellboy hauling our suitcases. The staff was not trained in greeting patrons, they would just stare us down. No hellos or even a simple smile. This was a universal trend even with their management. Amazing since they advertise on American portals and pull-in US tourists to their facility. Yet no one spoke a word of English. Our room was flimsy, bare-bone, dull (nothing on the walls), and small. Funny, they have a closet in the room that its width is less then the clothes hangers. When closing the sliding door all the clothes fall off the cheap hangers. Out of six USB slots in the room only two worked intermittently. Notified the reception. But, nothing was done. Consequently, we were constantly running out of phone and watch batteries. The wifi was weak would drop constantly. Two pools. The infants/kids were in the 16 swimming pool. Complained to management 3 times to no avail . Only one restaurant with limited hours. Terrible food variety. Cheap alcoholic drinks. Everybody incl management smoked everywhere. Small smelly gym with no ventilation. The massage guy was constantly on you to sell massage. 1 manager named Dogukan was pleasent

What an awful experience ! The plan was to reserve the bungalow deluxe room which we did, thought we were paying for that but instead what we got was a very old standard room. We complained to the manager, he answered us that there is no other available rooms for the moment. I asked for a refund, they refused, but they promised to move us to another room the next day. The next room smelled like a intolerable strong cigarette smoke everywhere: blankets, curtains, towels… tv didn’t work and what's better than spending the night with an extra guest COCKROACHE !!!!!! So we complained again and the third day they moved us to another room but it seemed old visitors didn’t want to leave our company COCKROACHE again !!!!! Struggling for 3 days where we finally left at the fifth. This was one of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had I would not recommend It to anyone . Very disappointing, definitely not a five star hotel .

Samara Hotel is one of the best hotels I visited. A very stylish, safe hotel for families with great entertainment services. Also, the hotel had a great staff and when we got to the hall, Aysu at the front desk was very welcoming and gave us the best room with the most useful information. I definitely recommend a trip to this hotel for a good time.

Great pool area and beach. Beach is rocky but it looks beautiful. The outdoors of this hotel is breathtaking. They have limited availability when it comes to restaurants. We ate from the buffet more because of that. Buffet was decent. Needed to be a little cleaner

Easter Break with 13 month baby
It was an amazing stay with our 13 month old daughter. Everything was taken care of perfectly. As the Hotel was opening we had some issue with the heating but it got taken care of immediately. I have some persistant neck pain, I raised this question with client relations and again I was offered a menu of pillows that would accomodate my requirements. The food was fresh and delicious. Although we checked in at 01:00 we were still offered warm food on buffet. The views are better than the pictures and overall it was an amazing pleasant stay for us. We would definatley be coming back. Caterina from client relations is very good at her job. She did an amazing job.

Loudest room I've slept in!
My room was located on the first floor. Till 2 a.m i heard a disco and after 2 a.m hotel started polish the floors (or something else but using very loud machine). I had never slept in such extremly loud hotel. Even with the close windows I heard loud people under my window.I highly NOT recomended for people who want to rest.
