Costa Sariyaz is quite different from the pictures. The main area and pool is very nice. However, rooms are very different in a bad way. Beds are uncomfortable. We got 2 rooms and both were ok. Staff is not so friendly and for us the hotel is just ok. We even ask for towels to take to the beach and they don’t give you. This I consider a poor quality service as you’re tourist and obviously not carrying towels around to go to the beach. At breakfast if you want orange juice they charge you extra even though you have included breakfast. Location is perfect because it’s 10 minutes walking from the center and beach. Too bad cause I believe the hotel has good potential for giving a better service and room conditions.

We stayed here for our final night in Bodrum. We had just got off a Sail so this was a lovely hotel to come to for a night after our weeks sail. The staff were so accommodating as soon as we were welcomed to the hotel. They helped with our luggage to the room and we were able to relax and sun bathe as soon as we got there. They even let us have a late check out which was amazing for us as we had a 15 hour journey back home so to stay and relax at the hotel was amazing. I will definitely be returning and for longer than 1 night! The astetic of the hotel was lovely, with sun loungers, a pool area and the place was very bright and clean! I could not recommend this hotel more! The staff were so accommodating! Thank you for an amazing stay

Because I needed hot water for a shower
After 3 complaints and two bad reviews for NO HOT WATER, I promised them I would give a 5 star rating if they would turn on the hot water heater. They did on Day 3 so here is the 5 star review. But the hotel owner keeps two very large dogs in the center courtyard and they often howl at passing cats betwwen 2a and 5a waking up many of the guests.

Pool steps are very slippery. I, as well as two other guests, was hurt by slipping into the pool. I brought the issue to the attention of the reception. His response was that they are aware of it but can't do much. I had booking for 3 people but rather than having two beds we were given one double bed and a very hard couch. Not convenit at all.

Hotel Dive Bar
Well where to begin. If there was a hotel version of a dive bar then this it. Friendly enough staff but that’s where it ended. Rooms were dated and stale, cigarette butts and ants on the balcony and barely warm showers. The bed was rock solid like something out of the flinstones and one small weird blanket that didn’t really provide any comfort for us at all. All and all it was a very disappointing stay for the price we paid and I really wouldn’t recommend this for other couples as an enjoyable and vibrant space to stay. Look elsewhere in Bodrum!

We came back to this small hotel, we'd first visited in 2019, because it's in a decent location and it's a decent stay. Only 10/15 mins walk to the beach or the bus depot. Hotel is in a quiet area of town with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is well managed and clean and the pool and surrounding area is very good. Plentiful breakfast with sufficient variety. Staff are very pleasant. The rooms (we stayed in a superior room) are roomy enough and are cleaned on request. The only negatives are that the toilet bins aren't cleaned daily but maybe we could have requested that. Also,the pool umbrellas don't offer much shade and are static so you can't move them to suit the movement of the sun. This wasn't too much of an issue in early June but in the heat of high summer it would become very uncomfortable. When we'd previously visited there were larger movable umbrellas which maybe could be reintroduced. Overall, it's a good hotel and good value for money.

The room itself it wasn’t very bad quite small for how much they charge what I didn’t really like they have a sign showing there is no food or drinks whatsoever allowed in your room if you need to eat or drink you have to use the restaurant in the hotel which was very expensive also they haven’t mentioned anything on the website that’s no food or drink Rose allowed I find it very strange I travel so much I never got across hotel doesn’t allow food or drinks the staff was very nice

Bodrum Overnight
The little oasis was a lovely tranquil retreat. The room was clean and had ample space for our overnight stay. The poolside area is spacious with a good sized pool for cooling off in.

Everything was fine until...I forgot my computer in my room and it was gone!! obviously it was taken by one of the staff. They just told me that their staff would never do anything like that...yet my computer dissappeared. They even suggested I left it somewhere else and did not take any responsibilitybat all!!

Dear Madam, After 6 days has passed your check-out we took a call that you had left your computer in the room.There was no personel belongings in your room. All of our rooms have safeboxes that you can use at your accomodation. Nothing is found in your room after your check-out as we informed you. No such thing is ever happened in our hotel, as we work with same staff for 5 years. Also we do not know how you can be that certain that you left the computer in the room? Blaming a business with such serious incedent is totaly wrong and we will make a complaint to security forces. Costa Sariyaz Hotel

The hotel was overall nice. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. The bed was a bit too firm for me. Also it was a bit further from city center than I expected. The WiFi was spotty and slow. However, overall it was nice. Price was very good as well.

Great except the wifi
The hotel was great and the pool was nice. Service was fine and the receptionist was really funny kind. The only negative was that the wi-fi was awful. It didn't really work at all.

Awesome stay! Great breakfast and pleasant staff. Would only say that rooms need a slight upgrade. The yard is beautiful and the pool is amazing. A real wonderful boutique hotel! Oh and just needs an upgraded WiFi system. WiFi is not at all reliable during certain times. Other than that, very very pleasant experience with the hotel. Close to the beach and other focal Bodrum points!

Dirty hotel with a rude stubborn receptionist
It was the worst "boutique" hotel and experience during our stay in Turkey. The bed sheets were stained in several locations, the room smelled so dusty, dirt gathered on table tops, and the room and bathroom condition were horrible. Right after check-in I told the receptionist (during day shift) of this unacceptable first impression only to find he was rude and mentioning that the room is non-refundable. I was willing to forfeit my complete payment for 3 nights in order not to stay in this dirty hotel and deal with the rude receptionist. The result was that we cut our trip short in this hotel and moved to another place with no refund. Next, their included breakfast is the perfect recipe for chronic heart burn. You can select between cling film wrapped vegetables, fried onion rings, french fries, and hot dogs in the early hours of the morning. Be sure to take a Nexium pill right after.

Dear Mr. Kalache, We appricate your feedback, but there are plenty misstatements in your review. Your stay was for 3 nights and you stayed 2 days in our hotel. You have been showed 5 different rooms. All hotel textiles are cleaned by a proffessional laundry company. Rooms are cleaned and disinfected after all check-outs and daily on your preferences. The reason for preparing breakfast plate as wrapped is because of the pandemic. There are 4 kinds of cheese, 2 kinds of olive, 2 kinds of ham, butter, jam, honey, tomato and cucumber in te plate. We also serve french fries/onion rings, sausage/soujouk, boiled egg, omlette and pastry. As fruit we have melon/watermelon. Regards, Costa Sariyaz Hotel
