"The hotel is in poor condition and there is a certain smell in the air. Since we had prepaid, we decided to stay. We stayed in room 303. In the middle of the night I woke up from stink in the room as it was too bad. Upon checking, there was old frozen meal in the microwave with mold all over it. I am allergic to mold. Since it was 3:00 am I didnt want to wake up my husband to get into shifting the room. I complained to the front desk in the morning and the assitant manager and manager were apologetic. They worked to" make it right" for me. In the end the paper they gave me refunds me $20.00, for which I have to call Hotels.com. This is too much trouble for me to make the call. The whole night stay should have been refunded. We continued on our journey and on the way back stayed the night of June 7th at the Hilton Hotel instead."
