Comfortable and clean with a helpful staff. I dropped my camera bag in the elevator and didn’t realize it. The staff found it and kept it safe until I could come to claim it.

Staff was great! Professional and very friendly. It was extremely noisy, babies crying, people yelling at 3a. The property was outdated. My friends room was literally falling apart to the point she ended up canceling and going to another hotel. It was dirty, stains on the sheets and furniture. Radiator cover was dangling off. The staff did accommodate her for the one night though. The shower curtains were falling apart. I wiped down the fridge, it had some left over food frozen to the shelves. Breakfast was not bad. My room was not too bad. After wiping everything down. It was suitable for the price

We had room issues. Shower curtain not installed. All beds are doubles not queens like advertised . Pool was supposed to be open but wasn’t. Small rooms not very clean. The highlight was the great hot breakfast

This stay was phenomenal! The room was clean and beautiful! We are hooked and will return using IHG Hotels wherever we travel moving forward! Great deal! Great Stay! Great Food! Great service in a time where many places have fallen behind on customer service, IHG has stepped up to the plate and won us over!! BRAVO!!

Noisy and dirty bed
For starters poor Construction, the walls are too thin. You can hear your neighbors talking. The AC was very noisy the wall fan vibrate all night and made noises . windows hard to block The light . cover on bed was dirty sofa bed mattress was extremely dirty and needed to be replaced sofa bed, very uncomfortable

The room looked as of it was cleaned with a rag with hair. The soap was empty. Stars at checking was nice but even he had to come help me get in the room things changed with the attitude.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The 1st room we stayed in had some issues with the bed linens. I called the front desk and they moved us to to another room no problem🙂. The front desk staff was very helpful. The bfast (even though it was smaller selections) was hot, fresh and tasted very good. I definitely recommend this hotel

The only problem was that the shower was actually a bath tub. A bath tub that had a very slippery bottom! Add to that that there was only a handrail at the back of the tub, caused some worry for myself and my 89 year old mother, trying to stay balanced with a slick floor. Yes a towel helped but it should not have been necessary. Reseal the bottoms and add a handle (Midway) for stability/safety.

The staff was very friendly and our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing that could have been better was the hot water in the shower could have been hotter. Our shower water was warm at best.
