This hotel provides no service. As long as you entered the hotel, you can feel you annoyed the reception lady. No greeting at all, no service either. They invented a policy from government they cannot keep your belongings,

Awesome experience
What an amazing location. Right at the train , bus and trolley stations. walking distance to everything one could possibly need. Sarah is amazing. She runs the hotel like a pro. We will definitely be coming back !!

Very good hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Only negative is that pets do not stay for free even though it is written on hotels.com website. Still would recommend.

This is a very nice hotel and great location. We were able to walk down the beach and the train station is literally next door, if you want to go to any of the surrounding cities. Our room was on the side of the train stop and we never heard the train. It stayed quiet in the room. Breakfast was nice as well. Good variety.

Convenient hotel next door to the railway station. The town is pretty much dead out of the summer season, but the hotel is convenient to get you out of the place by train, tram or car. Some traffic noise at front.

Great new hotel. Beside train station.
Stayed here on trip for a walking festival. Lovely new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room comfortable and clean with complementary water and fruit. Room on 3rd floor was very quiet. Still some building work to be completed between station and hotel. Short walk to shopping streets, cafes, restaurants , bars and beach. Overall a very pleasant stay.

You've heard all the jokes about Spanish hotels, and building work next door? Well, this Mercure is worse. The new Ibis actually attached to the Mercure is being built, and you know about it. We were woken at 7am by drilling and hammering, which went on all day, every day. They shouldn't start till 8, we were told, but this is a holiday hotel where you don't want building noise anytime. Mercure and Ibis are the same company. The Mercure should never have been opened until the Ibis was finished. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and the staff great - but don't even think of stopping there until the Ibis opens!

Traveling with two young children can be stressful. Our stay at Mercure eliminated much of that stress. With wonderful amenities, prime location, all at a great price we didn't have to worry about the "little things" and were able to enjoy our trip so much more.

De strand was lekker dicht bij en de winkels . Alles was op loop afstand bereikbaar. Alleen minder was dat ze geen eigen parkeerplaats hebben.

Good hotel. A bit pricey. Good bar. Staff Ok.
It is probably one of the few good hotels in what it is a terrible town. Handy because above the train station. A bit short on staff but they are nice and polite. Rooms are good, yet with dreadful soft squishy pillows. Bit overpriced too, but quite comfortable.

Vanwege Covid-19 zijn we inderdaad gebonden aan protocollen en mogen wij de kamers niet poetsen totdat de gasten zijn uitgecheckt. Schone handdoeken kunt u wel steeds vragen aan de receptie. A oublier.
Nous nous attendions à un séjour agréable pour un hotel 4 étoiles, mais celui-ci est beaucoup plus proche d'un 3 étoiles. Les chambres sont agréables malgré certains détails de mauvais entretien (miroir qui ne tiennent pas dans la salle de bain), la literie est un peu dure, mais cela dépend évidement de la personne. Nous avions commandé une bouteille de Proseco, et celle ci était bouchonnée. Au matin, on a voulu me la facturer car elle avait été commandée (alors que j'ai laissé la bouteille remplie dans la chambre). J'ai également oublié un chargeur dans la chambre et on me demande 15 euros pour me le renvoyer !!! Merci pour le service client. Dernier élément : Le petit déjeuner à 20 euros par personnes ne vaut pas la peine. Peu de choix, cuisson moyenne, pas très qualitatif.

La réception. La fille surtout. Tatouée de partout et vraiment peu aimable j attendais mieux vu le prix payé et le Standing de la chaîne. Check in 15 h Elle était fixée la dessus et arrive depuis 10h le matin. Aucun moyen de laisser les bagages à la reception donc 5 h à se promener dans la ville avec les valises. Bref. Y a mieux. !! Donc Plus jamais je reprendrai un mercure de toute ma vie.
