“Sketchy Hotel”

The hotel room itself was nice and perfect for our 1 night stay. However, when we were checking in the manager came over from across the room to the clerk helping us and grab my credit card from the clerk to charge me again and the clerk and the clerk had to stop him. Then someone came in our room about 1:30 AM. Luckily I had the latch on and he couldn't open the door all the way. When we spoke to the manager he told us a maintenance worker went into the wrong room. So, the staff was not very good but the room itself was okay.

“Great inexpensive stay!”

This is the second time I've stayed here. Very convenient to surrounding area attractions and restaurants. Even though it is right off the interstate, it is surprisingly quiet. Non-smoking room was clean and King bed was very comfortable. The only issue was a shower curtain rod that was loose which allowed a gap between the wall and curtain. All things considered, very good value for the cost. Microwave and refrigerator were invaluable! Check in and out were a breeze and staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

“Great location. Basic hotel.”

This hotel met our needs but was not impressive. It is in a great location near the Ampitheater, the highway and many restuarants. Looks nice from the outside but the inside is in need of repair/remodeling. Although the beds were comfortable which is what we needed. A good nights sleep.

“Fine for what we needed”

This hotel was very convenient for us and was fine for our overnight needs. However, the night manager gave us keys to the wrong room thus we had no air conditioning. Apparently, the a/c units are operational according to room numbers and he keyed in the wrong room number so ours was not operable. The day manager was very nice about the incident.

“Pelham AL Ramada Ltd is a good stay”

The room quality is really all we care about when driving 1250 miles in 2 days. This motel is bar far the best Expedia hotel in which we've stayed. Clean, excellent bed, micro & refrig in excellent condition. Very adequate breakfast. An excellent value.

“Great stay!”

After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to stay here, but so glad I decided to book anyway. Some of the rooms are "smoking" and some are "non-smoking" and one of the complaints was that his non-smoking room reeked. While, I could pretty much pick out which rooms were deemed smoking just by walking past the outside door, my non-smoking room was pristine! Very fresh and clean. The ample sitting area with microwave and larger-than-usual mini-fridge, were a bonus as well. Located right off the interstate exit, this is very easy to find, yet suprisingly quiet. Restaurants are plentiful in this area - everything you could need is right around the corner. Complimentary breakfast was included, but I did use this service. The front clerks were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

“Perfect even for a long stay”

I used this hotel when I moved in the US until I find an apartment. The manager of the hotel and all the employees were extremely helpful. They even stored some boxes for me for 3 weeks! The hotel is generally clean with all the required amenities (coffee maker, iron/ironing board, microwave oven and WiFi). Breakfast options were just like every Motel and a bit better. Shower in good condition, didn't have problem using it. The area around the hotel offers some of the best Southern restaurants and grills as well as the usual fast food chains. There is a coin operated washer and dryer as well. I would stay again and I would recommend this Motel!

“Clean, comfortable, and convenient”

This was a slightly older hotel, but the rooms seem recently redone. It was clean, comfortable, and right off of I-65. The desk staff was also quite pleasant and accomodating.
