Pretty typical Best Western - clean, comfortable, good value. Right off of I-20, plenty of dining choices within a mile. Perfect for our one night stop traveling from Jacksonville FL to Memphis TN.

Only thing I didn’t like is the extra charge on card. Front desk staff was friendly got you in for check in expeditiously. Breakfast was served in morning and hotel was convenient to everybody

The hotel is outdated. There is no hot tub. The area was cold and pool water was cold too! When we asked whether it was heated we were told it wasn’t but made it seem like the room was heated because they mentioned it had just been turned off! Well nothing changed the next day. Pillow and beds are not the best. Certainly needs updates!!

The hotel advertises an indoor poor, but it was so cold that it was unusable. I drove an hour for an indoor pool so this was a complete waste of my time and money. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful.

Physical facility is average. Pool is indoor but not heated. Staff were friendly. We were in a room on the end near to the interstate so there was some traffic noise. Good location for eating options.

It's okay
We checked in early with no problem. The room maintained a musty smell and was lacking a side chair. We asked for one to be brought up and they gave us 2 dining chairs and one of them had a nasty sticky substance on the foot which left a tacky spot on the floor. The fridge was more of a freezer and we couldn't keep sodas in overnight for fear of them exploding. The breakfast was decent. So glad they had more than cereal and bagels or muffins. The "omelets" along with the bacon and sausage made for a good keto breakfast. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We might stay there again as it is in a convenient location.

Went here for a weekend. Bed was so uncomfortable we’re both aching. Guy when I checked in Friday evening was great. After that nobody at the counter cared about anything. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and one person was in the lot asking for money and stuff the whole time. They did nothing. Won’t be back to this one. Also hot tub was pictured and it’s been cemented over and sign says it out of service right now 😡

Hotel Needs Maintenance Upkeep
The room was clean and the hotel staff friendly; however, the indoor pool was ice cold and did not look or smell chlorinated and the hot tub that was listed on the website as one of the amenities was gone. The hotel had a sign that the hot tub was not working....I guess not because it was gone. The doors leading outside the hotel from the pool area could not be accessed with the guest key, and the hotel could sure use some outdoor maintenance.
