We went during the week right before spring break. Staff were professional and courteous, and the room was great for the price! Stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet with no issues. Will plan to stay again!

Room was a smoking room I was told lt was no more room than available..I ask could doing so smell would not be bad. I have asthma other then that everything was nice.

It was not what I expected I was hit with a $100.00 fee that I was not informed about beforehand. Beds were not comfortable,no microwave, mini fridge wasn't cold , and the room was outdated.

It was a little confusing how to get from the parking to hotel reception. Probably would have helped to casino/hotel on the elevator button. Good parking, staff seems tired.

The dining options were great. The beds were comfortable. There was no hot water in the sinks-it was cold. There was not hot water in the shower either. Barely warm water if you were lucky for the shower. Hot water is pretty important. The shower door was broken and was told maintenance would fix it and they never did and we were there 5 nights. There’s no microwave. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The overall stay was "ok". The bathroom sink was clogged. Went to the pool and the towel crew wasn't on duty and we didn't know to bring towels from the room. I was impressed with the complimentary appetizer from Half Shell!

All large resorts or casinos have vaket parking THE HARD ROCK CASINO IN BILUXI DOES NOT. My wife and I can not walk long distances this was more than an inconvenience.

We have visited the Hard Rock Casino many times in the past, so we decided to stay here in celebration of my husband's birthday and our 22nd wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful weekend.

I was very disappointed that you could smoke anywhere in the hotel. The sugar factory was one of the reason we picked this hotel and it was a disgrace. The candy shop part was closed and looked liked it has been closed forever. The service at the restaurant was horrible the music was so loud the waitress was yelling at us.

My only complaint was while we were on the casino floor. We were there for a couple hours and not a single waiter or waitress came to see if we wanted anything to drink or check on us.

I did not like that the property didn’t have a record of my reservation. Why is that? The folks at the hotel were very helpful and found it by looking at the Expedia reservation number. Expedia did not send the reservation to them. I will probably use Travelocity from now on.

I found the floor of the hotel room dirty and sticky, the beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel stunk of smoke including my room which was booked as non- smoking.

was not the cleanest in simple areas. elevators were dirty floors and hand prints on the stainless steel for the 5 days we were there, the grounds out front where taxis stop was dirty along the curbs
