Property was under construction and when looking up a place to stay their website didn’t mention anything about the construction. The breakfast was 1 out of 10. The staff ventured in and out of the lobby discussing their adventures from the night before and they didn’t worry about anyone hearing what they did or thought about the hotel.

Beds were comfortable and the staff was very courteous. Our room didn’t have a closet or dresser for clothes which was a disappointment but the fridge and microwave were a plus.

First room was still dirty from previous customers, beds were unmade trash in the bathroom. We were offered another room and there was cigarette ashes or other paraphernalia in the bathtub. So we were offered another room and the bathroom was very dirty and unclean.

This property is being renovated and we got one of the newly finished rooms. It was pristine in cleanliness. Big white king sized bed, vinyl plank floors, new tv cabinet for the microwave and fridge. Small desk with office chair. A little bench for sitting on to take your shoes off etc. However...there were no chairs to sit on! (motel rooms usually have a big comfy chair or recliner in the corner.) So--if you want to read or play on your phone or tablet, it's the hard office chair or the bed. Both corners of the room were empty, so maybe they're coming later? Also, nowhere to put your opened suitcase except on the floor. The bench was too narrow to hold it, and there was no fold out stand either. No closet, so no hangers to hang anything up. There was an iron on the wall but no ironing board. Felt like the room wasn't quite ready for guests. Also, the overhead light in the bathroom is over the tub area, so its hard to see in the sink mirror to do your hair, etc. Also wish there was some counter space in there--there are only the 4" sink edges, so no place to put a makeup or overnight case. Again, everything was very clean and the staff was nice. Just hope the rooms will come with more furniture in the future.

I like that someone was always around if uou needed anything. They were all very personable and bery courteous. Especially the maintenance staff!

It is in the process of remodeling. No working elevator which is illegal. It has 4 floors. The breakfast was at the check in area about 12 feet by 12 feet. I understand and was okay because of remodeling, but the food was absolutely terrible. And there was only water and coffee to drink. My sheets had stains on them like dirty water had dripped on them. There was food crusted the bathroom doorknob. We would have left but we booked through Expedia and couldn’t get a refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Someone had checked into my reservation that wasn’t me but the staff were kind enough to get me a different room at no additional cost. Staff was great, condition of hotel was poor and other guests had left their dogs in their rooms to bark all evening. Overall 5/10 mostly for low cost and helpful staff

Bathroom was filthy. We asked for a different room, clerk was very rude and said there was no point in changing as all rooms were the same -- so I guess all rooms have urine on the bathroom floor, along with some other dark material, and hair in the sink? Since we used Expedia the clerk said we could take it or leave it, but we weren't getting a different room or our money back.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Had I known the hotel was under remodeling and thus, very dirty, I would have chosen differently. The beds were clean enough but I think sleeping on the wood floors would have been softer.

The property was under construction. Rooms were being updated and remodeled-this information was not disclosed when we booked. Our room had just been recently finished and we were very happy and very satisfied with our room. However the hall ways were not finished and were extremely dirty! Our booking served us well, we were in town for the funeral of a family member. We just needed a place to crash for a few nights. Two other family members booked rooms there and ended up cancelling and going to a different motel because they were so dissatisfied with the mess. Very unfortunate.I think the establishment should disclose when there is construction. Overall we were satisfied and it was a good value.

Half the building was under construction so they were dumpsters in the parking lot, and noise, and only one entrance that we could use. Otherwise it is a great value for the price!

The property was very run down. The bathroom door did not close the shower did not work the air conditioner did not work. breakfast consisted of scrambled gets because they were out of everything else.

I have had a GREAT expierience so far. I've felt safe & didn't have any concern of character or safety. after the 2 previous hotel bookings i had for my trip its comforting & relaxing to know/feel like I didn't have anything to worry about as far as safety goes for me and my daughter who is 4 months old.

This property is good. It is being remodeled so I took that into account. I look forward to returning for future stays. Once the remodeling is complete I'm confident that even better experiences with the condition of remodeling is complete.

The rooms were old and in need of renovation. They are beginning that process on the second floor which was totally closed off. This property is not worthy of $100 per night.
