"It was average with a couple downsides. The door handle mechanism was previously damaged somehow so the handle rested at a 45 degree angle and was very floppy so it required precise jiggling and timing to open with the keycard. The air conditioner was only capable of blowing out room temperature air when set to cool/60. Thankfully it was cooler outside so we just opened the window and then found the screen had been cut out for some reason. Those were the only major issues we had with the room....

But when I made reservations with Hotels.com I pick a hotel with a pool but they never updated there information because the pool is under construction. It was a 4 hour drive to find out there was no pool open. I will like to know who will pay me what I pay to go to other places where there was a pool"

"We had a great stay! Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. The only complaint was the feces we found in the indoor pool and on and under the chair we sat near and it spread where people walked through it. Not the fault of the staff. Too bad people staying there were disgusting. Not sure if it was from a dog or human. Sad a staff member had to clean it up. Kudos to that staff member who responded to our request to clean it up.👏 He was quick in responding. "
