The reality is that we are doing our utmost to welcome you in the best conditions while preserving your safety. We want to continue to offer you quality services and our teams do their best to serve you home-cooked meals, despite the current sanitary constraints. Regarding the payment, I think the amount you are talking about corresponds to a pre-authorisation which is used in many hotels. It is released a few days after your stay. However, the duration can be shorter or longer depending on the banks. I regret that you did not communicate your remarks to me directly.
