"The staff was great! Friendly and very helpful! The property could do with a bit of repair, but nothing unsafe or uncomfortable for the guests. It was quiet so sleeping wasn’t a problem! The price is good with the budget conscious."

"A three night stay..... Not sure their vacuum was working. Carpet was dirty around the bed and needs to be changed out. It was a weird room with several eyesores. I asked for a different room a couple of times and they just couldn't accommodate me. If you're staying more than one night you must inform desk that you want your room cleaned. Was not informed of that. Came back to an uncleaned room after a hard day and was not pleased. Was offered towels and washcloths and I emptied the trash cans myself. The price I was quoted from Hotels.com was not honored. It wasn't a lot more but person at the desk didn't ever seem interested in pleasing his customer. Have stayed here several times and am not pleased with new management . Not many other options in Bethany. Breakfast was fine."
