This little gated community of cottages is amazing. It’s such a quiet little place with a nice clean pool and laundry access. The gm Brooks and super intendant Josh are very welcoming and super helpful. Also only 10 minute drive from boardwalk/ beach. Definitely recommend this place !!

2 day stay was great in deluxe cabin with 6 people. Only issue was the doors have a large gap under them so you can hear everything through every room but it’s a minor flaw. Overall good experience.

I was looking for larger accommodations so my family and dog could stay at OC for a week. Shore Point Cottages is exactly what I had in mind. It was an easy drive to the boardwalk and Assateague Island. Also, there was plenty of space for everyone, and we liked being able to cook fresh seafood at the cottage. The only issue I had was getting in touch with anyone. I had left a few messages and never heard back which concerns me if I had a real issue. However, I did see the owner of the property more than once and he was very helpful. I am looking forward to going back next year!

This was a really nice place to stay. I loved the keyless entry. I loved the way the little cottage was laid out. It had a modern and cozy flow. It was so nice being able to sit out on the front porch and not worry about bugs coming in because of the whole thing being screened in. The pool area was fantastic as well with a large pool, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and a restroom. The only thing that was odd to me was the fact that there was no host on site. But other then that it was wonderful and I would totally come back. My husband wanted to move there lol.

Great property. Clean and quiet area but close enough to the beach. Only trouble we had was communication with check in. We had not received email instructions as per website listed. Close to check in we did get a text with instructions. Recommend adding the right information on the website. Otherwise, stay was great. Would stay again.
