Stayed for three nights, 2 rooms, family of 4.
Pro’s: This is a nice hotel in a great location, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fresh food, although on the third day the hot food had been put too long and wasn’t hot. Good shower with lots of hot water.
Cons: this was one of the more expensive hotels in the city and it was a bit run down, the sinks didn’t drain and left horrible marks, the door stops were broken and not repaired, the room itself was quite cold and despite turning up the thermostat to its highest setting, with temperatures of -5 we struggled to get warm and had to go to bed fully clothed. However the thing that annoyed me is the tea and coffee, each day they would only leave one normal tea bag and two small pots of milk for two people. We received one bottle of water on our first night, but no other days. Whilst it may not seem like much, for the price I would expect them to be slightly more generous with tea/coffee water.
