The hotel was in a real neighborhood that was lively and safe both day and night. The apartment was super cute and all the rooms were large. The kitchen had everything we needed for making a simple meal. The personalized website provided by the property answered our questions on how to use the coffee maker, TV and heat.

Beautiful, large clean apartment. Three nice size bedrooms, washing machine and nice kitchen and amenities. Fun neighborhood with restaurants, bars and cafes, easy walk to metro. The manager was great at communicating with us prior and during our stay. We definitely recommend and hope to go back and stay there some day.

Everything was perfect expect for that we got a very short warning about maintenance work in the apartment. We would've liked to know earlier to plan around it.

-Instructions would be helpful for appliances, TV, coffee machine (red light came on and had to resort to YouTube to figure things out) -a few more items in kitchen like a grater, a whisk etc would be great -Came home one night and the code didn’t work to open apt door. They knew there was a problem but didn’t communicate it to us. A neighbour helped us reach them, to get someone to come and let us in. -Water was shut off in the bathroom and again, could have been communicated to us. -Pull out couch bed made incredible noise because of the springs and made it impossible to sleep. Mattress had to be moved to the floor. They promptly came and applied wd40, but said no one else had complained about it. As if that means the problem doesn’t exist! A bit on the rude side. Let’s not forget, this is an expensive rental, not a hostel, therefore one has certain expectations.

The apartment was quiet and the sofabed was already made up. Security deposit refund of €300 was quick and painless, 4 days later. Was slightly disconcerted by a telephone call to check that everything was okay with our stay — when I'm on a holiday I don't really want the phone to be ringing!

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. The staff could not be nicer, with excellent communication and so helpful. The location was terrific; we loved being in a residential area with a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants, and close to public transit. Thank you Luxoise!

There were restaurants within easy walking distance. A major train station was about a 15 minute walk away so go could get around the city without a car. Also express train to the airport from that station. Someone was there to assist with check in which was great because the door codes were a little tricky the first time after that not a problem. Did not have access to roof garden which looked awesome. TV didn’t work and they wouldn’t look at it unless someone was there which was understandable but we were out and about from early morning to late evening. Even though we didn’t use it kitchen seemed well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a nightmare to pay and our room was 4 flights of stairs up. "No elevator" should be a part of the description.

Great place with lots to eat and drink in the neighborhood. In close proximity to Warschau and Ostbahnhof Stations. Walking distance to the East Side Gallery of the old Berlin Wall. Communications with the agents were easy and instructions were clear. Two minor things to note: street parking is expensive and meters take coins only. Ask the agent about parking options as there may be some in walking distance. Also there's no elevator in the building so be mindful of luggage.

Luxoise is in a great area full of restaurants and really close to some really cool clubs and bars. The apt is really big with lots of room. The hosts were great at working with us to find the right unit and were great communicating with us.

Great location
Really loved the location. Room was great and had all we needed , out side space was used and welcome. Beds were comfortable . Shower a little leaky but over all great apartments .

Was a great location, but without aircon was too hot for our infant to sleep at night, as the provided fans didn't adequately cool the place. Place was exceptionally clean and very functional. Bathroom didn't have a fan, which was a bit strange but a minor issue. Came with the amenities to use the apartment, such as shampoo, oil, salt, pepper, tea, laundry detergent and coffee.

Great apartment, fully equipped. Very nice area. Few cons that we personally didn't mind - No air conditioning in the rooms (only portable air condition in the leaving room). curtains do not prevent light from coming in. 15 minutes walking from warschauer S and 10 minutes from U to alexanderplatz.

Fantastic place to stay!
This is probably the best place I have ever stayed at for comfort, location, value for price, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, etc. The place was so clean and the staff was so nice. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Berlin. Highly recommend this location!

Beautiful large apartment in a small block of serviced apartments. Great little balcony overlooking a quiet street. Check in service was great. Great little neighbourhood with lots of cool restaurants etc. Would stay again!
