Beautiful property in a nice location! Close to Berlin zoo in walking distance! Berlin East is like 15 mins by car ! Hotel offers a lively breakfast great variety and quality foods ! Hotel has a nice gym well facilitated! Bedroom felt modern and comfortable! Very clean rooms ! Bed slept wonderful excellent sheets and pillows! Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind ! Help planned my trips around the city from est Berlin to the local area and zoo ! WiFi works great ! Hotel are felt safe ! Enjoyed my stay and the service Hampton inn provided! Will definitely be back !

This was our second stay here, and we really enjoyed our visit. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. We overlooked the S Bahn but it wasn’t very noisy and I quite liked the hum of the trains. Breakfast was lovely. The in,y slight minus is that the minus didn’t refill out teas and coffees in our room well, so we had to keep getting more from reception, but apart from that it was great. Beds super comfy

Great location, but a few snags
Very centrally located near Zoologischer Garten and Uhlandstraße stations. Clean & tidy. Friendly staff. On the negative side: - no room safe - no suitcase rack or space for suitcases in room - breakfast area struggles to meet demand at weekends - daily restocking of tea/coffee and removal of glasses did not occur

I had an Expedia confirmation that showed I changed the name on one of the room reservations for a colleague of mine. However, the hotel cancelled the original reservation automatically and forced my colleague to pay more. Also, the key cards don’t work half the time. They keep telling you to not put it next to a phone but I didn’t. Despite all of that the room as clean although dates and the breakfast and gym were decent

This is absolutely the best hotel that suits all my basic needs. Love the breakfast. Simple and healthy food. The staff there are polite, service oriented and helpful. They provided good tips of where to eat, where to go and how to get there. Kudos to the staff by the name Max. He made my stay there pleasant and happy.

Another great stay at the Hampton. At the price range I enjoy the facilities including the breakfast. Rooms are fairly equipped. However not suitable for business connectivity as there is no international plug points or Ethernet connectivity hence the great rating overall and not excellent. Area around the hotel is a little run down but the location is excellent. Staff is great and accommodating.

Loved our stay in this hotel. It is easily accessible from the city centre but far enough away that it is quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel staff very helpful, and the buffet breakfast was amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, informative and very helpful. The hotel is located in an area close to many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Two metro stops are within a less than 7 minute walk from the hotel and provide easy access to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The included breakfast is wonderful with lots of different options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again!

Very well located for transport and within walking distance of several sites. Evening meals limited to many local Italian Restaurants. One downside of the hotel is that it does not provide a SAFE in the bedroom. Something required when visiting a major city abroad.

Travelled as a family of four with two children 16 12. Great value hotel. The included breakfast was very good with lots of selection to cover all tastes- Lots of different juices, great coffee machine, cold meats, lots of different breads, cereal, hot food etc, and of course the waffle machines which we loved. If booking standard rooms as others have said they face directly onto the train, s-Baum line so you will hear trains. I asked for room higher in the building to minimise disruption and to be honest the train noise didn’t cause me to lose any sleep. Only couple of very minor negatives- no in room safe. Also one day our rooms weren’t cleaned, so I went to front desk and was told I agreed not to have our two rooms cleaned on that day as they don’t currently have enough staff to clean every room every day like many hotels in UK since Covid pandemic. I certainly hadn’t been told about lack of room service which was slightly disappointing and at no point had I agreed to not have rooms cleaned as no conversation ever took place around this. I was given what I needed for the room without issue and staff apologised which was fine. Just wish I had been told as they said the computer said I had upon check in. Overall great hotel close to all transport options to get around Berlin. Felt safe at night and given close to Zoo Garden lots of foods and shopping options. Would definitely stay again.

My Birthday and New Year in Berlin.
I love the city of Berlin. I went for my Birthday which is New Years Eve. I arrived the early hours the night before. The hotel is centrally located to the shopping and restaurants of West Berlin. Finally I thought all of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints at all.
