We have stayed here several times and love the location and convenient parking. This time we were disappointed. We booked a double room, which turned out to be very small. It was also next to the lift, which disturbed my sleep each time it was activated. It was a shame because the level of cleanliness and staff friendliness are superb.

Good hotel great staff
Spent 4 nights here for a working visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke great English, the room although small was comfortable and clean with good Wi-Fi. breakfast was well presented and a good choice, enjoyed my stay.

Good position and friendly
Staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was a little tight, had there of been two of us we would have been cramped. Having said that it is in a good position and not expensive.

The hotel is very conveniently situated for the town centre. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was very scruffy, tired and in need of renovation. In particular the shower cubicle was mouldy and needed replacing.

Lovely Hotel in good location
Loved our stay here. We had 3 days in Bergerac and this hotel is located just outside the old town about 5 minute walk. Nice quiet area with the added bonus of having a pool so could have a dip at end of a warm day. Rooms were nice and clean and bed comfy. Had everything we needed. Coffee machine and kettle and fridge in room.

We are very pleased you liked our stay with us, and the double comfort, that have been renovated last year. It's true that our guests appreciate the garden area and the pool, which is a little bonus in the middle of the Bergerac city center.

Very friendly and helpful staff, explained about free parking on the square and when we had to move to hotel car park. Also good info on entertainment in Bergerac.

They said I could not. He k in till 5 PM. WHEN the web page said 4 PM. I said I wouldn't wait that long. The receptionist told Cheap Ti kets a d her Manager she told ne 4 PM. She is a Absolute LIAR AND should be fired. Stay i. Your Car or a park bench rather than this place. William Burns

5 days in bergerac
Stayed in feb.weather not so good but the hotel is fine and with in easy walking distance of centre , the historic centre and river. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A very french town.

Decent but not good.
Front desk was efficient, helpful, and nice. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom which had black mold in the shower and where the toilet bowl had brown calcium stains. The air conditioner did not work and there was little air circulation as a result.

Good for short central stay
Good central location, nice pool but it's absolutely freezing! Breakfast was quite good and staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable

The hotel is ideally placed, and decor ok, fairly basic but not unpleasant. However, the coffee in room wasn’t replaced daily, and due to the time of year, and full garden to the rear of the property- the windows had to remain shut to stop mosquitoes but the air con was old so it became difficult to get the temp ok during the night. Having said that the staff were generally friendly

Great location if you’re ok with very basic
Excellent position - short walk into main streets. Pool was nice and never too busy. Room quite cramped and basic and no fridge!! Hotel was accommodating and put things in their fridge for us.

Perfectly situated, good value & very comfortable
Lovely one night stopover to accommodate flights that didn't align to the property swap-over dates for our 2 weeks in France. Great value room for 3 included fold out 'double' bed and a large king sized main bed in the same open space. Nice pool area, friendly reception, fab air-conditioning in the room. Situated in the middle of Bergerac town centre, restaurants aren't a problem. We used private parking around the back of the hotel for €8 - well worth it but arrive early!

Fabulous We will definitely return!
Lovely friendly hotel. Close to the old town, all central shops, cafes and restaurants, train station and airport. We were room only so can not comment on the food available at the hotel, but our room had an expresso machine. Great local cafes for breakfast. Supermarket nearby also. Room was comfortable, quiet and overlooked the garden and pool. Cosy garden with outdoor pool. Great for a relax before going out for dinner. Market day was fun (Wednesday and Saturday) and Car-boot/collector fair on car park in front of the hotel. Great visit to Chateau Monbazillac with wine tasting and tasty lunch (approximately 5 miles away). Would definitely stay again! 🤗

The location is excellent, The staff are friendly and helpful. The garden is very nice. My only slight criticism is that the breakfast buffet could be a little more interesting.

Pleaseant stay
Pleasant hotel in the centre of Bergerac. Surrounding area was a bit run down, but it was only a few minutes walk to the Old Town and restaurants. Very comfortable room and good wifi.

Bergerac station
This hotel is very well placed for closeness to the train station. Front desk was quite pleasant and spoke good english. The dining room only seems to open for groups but there are restaurants a few blocks away.

Great for visiting Bergerac
Lovely hotel and perfectly located for Exploring Bergerac. Fabulous, friendly and efficient staff Only one negative was the noise pollution from the adjacent rooms, where the walls were paper thin compounded by an inconsiderate neighbour slamming cupboards.

It is located in a good location for walking to restaurants, shops and to sight see. The pool is quite lovely and the staff were extremely helpful at the front desk. The rooms were comfortable.
