We have stayed there four times. We always get a room with the jetted tub. The last time we stayed, the water was not hot and the refrigerator was not working. The desk clerk said that he would tell maintenance who would deal with it after we checked out. Occasionally we find stains on the towels and wash cloths that make us not want to use them. Otherwise, it’s convenient, fairly clean and the beds are comfortable. The coffee is good and the breakfast is well maintained by a delightful chef. In spite of the occasional deficiencies we will most likely stay there again.

Upon arrival bathtub was dirty with hair. I turned AC on and immediately smelled mold. Within five or so minutes my daughter was coughing, which she hadn’t done all day. I went to the desk and requested and received a refund.

Our pull out sofa was broken, the support plastic layer was broken and an attempt to tape with Duct tape the broken layer, rendering the pull out bed dysfunctional. I have pictures I can send if your team would like.

Is a decent hotel with a nice pool. But is 2 stories and has no elevator. Also, to get to your second floor room, you need to enter the pool area to access the stairs. The floor is often wet and slippery. Furthermore, the pool area has a 24 / 7 locked door, so you need to use your key to get in and out of that area. Room, beds, cleanliness, etc. all excellent. There are some nearby restaurants but you would probably need to drive to them, no convenient sidewalks to get to them.

I liked the homey feel. I slept well. Breakfast was very good thanks to Moses. He was constantly moving & doing, but took time to be courteous & considerate with motel patrons. Also Savanah @ front desk made sure we had what we needed such as extra towels & extra blankets, etc. She is the best!

Tub with handrails provided expecting walk-in accessible shower. Was told after arriving at room that I had the option when making the reservation, but I stated I did not see an option, I remember seeing only a photo of the walk-in shower in reference to "Accesible room". Attendant asked at check-in if had pets, explained I have a small dog but is staying with son's family after we are settled in room. After getting to room and walking dog, inquired about the shower vs. tub, requested blanket and was told "we saw your dog on the cameras so you will be charged for dog stay". I reminded attendant of our original discussion regarding the dog and the dog is not intending to stay. Attendant was insistent that since we let dog in the room, we'll be charged. I gave up with the arguing and stated to charge me since I apparently don't have a choice. As such, I let the dog stay a portion of the time. The sink was stopped up, large cobwebs were noticed in corners, the ceiling tile above the tub appeared to be collapsing from water damage. Finally, the demeanor and apparent disregard of the attendant for customer concerns is enough to decide to NEVER stay at this location again. Predominantly a total failure!

The room had a funky smell. The bathroom Didn’t smell that way. Checkin people were nice and the food was great! Friendly service in dining room. Didn’t have a full set of towels so we got more.

Low quality stay for the price. You could see light from outside around the door. Dead bugs were on the bed skirt. The AC unit was loud and the room smelled stale and musty.

The Bathroom was disgusting. There was some kind of dark bodily fluid on the tub and on the walls. Also, there were teenagers hanging around outside making noise.
