"When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). She seemed to take an immediate dislike to us and mostly ignored us/visibly made other staff members deal with ..."

"This hotel had everything that one needs for an affordable price. It was very clean as well. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Mattress is very firm, to the point of some back pain in the morning. 2. Adding a coffee maker and tea pot would be appreciated."

"Nous sommes arrivés tard, après la fermeture de la réception. Nous avons reçu par whastapp toutes les informations pour récupérer notre appart le jour même. Tous s’est très bien passé. Ça manque d’un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine mais rien d’insurmontable."
