Welcome to a bright and modern house.

Property is located in a quiet residential area, very easy to access (the motorway is only a few minutes away). which makes a convenient location to George Best Belfast City Airport 3.6 miles (7-10 min), Belfast International Airport 16.5 miles (20-25 min) Belfast docks 3.2 miles - 10 min, Belfast city centre and other local tourist attractions. The property is close to major bus routes. Free parking outside the front door.


The bright lounge has a smart TV with Netflix, a superfast fibre broadband, and a comfy sofa making it a nice and cosy place to relax after the hard work of exploring Belfast.

The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything you would expect at home including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and hopefully all other utensils you may need. Beside the kitchen there is small toilet.

On the first floor is one bedroom with double size bed. Another room is an office equipped with peripherals (monitor, scanner, keyboard, mouse, pens, notepads – just add your laptop!) Bathroom with a shower bath and a radio system including towels, shower gel, shampoo, bath elixir and hair dryer.

On the second floor is an second bedroom with double size bed, beside is second bathroom with shower.

It makes an ideal location for those who work in Belfast and the home-away-from-home feel of the house makes it ideal for anyone coming to visit Northern Ireland.

The nearest supermarkets Asda and Lidl are less than half a mile away. For Tesco it's under a mile. Yorkgate shopping centre with cinema, The Lost City Adventure Golf Belfast, coffee shops is 0.9 mile. Grove Wellbeing Centre is across the road - leisure centre, libraries, and coffee shop.

House has everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Belfast. It makes an ideal location for anyone coming to visit Northern Ireland, and those who work in Belfast.

Lovely very Modern Apartment
Very comfortable, nice to have a private parking spot. Didn’t have the opportunity to use the well supplied kitchen. Appreciated the office space to organize our trip details. Would definitely recommend and use again if ever this way.
