I always stay at this property whenever I visit Lebanon whether it’s a short or long visit, by myself or with my better half! Very friendly and accommodating staff and it shows from the minute they receive you at their valet lot. Smiles all around which makes for an amazing vibe altogether.

Properly need fixing, room are old now, but great view and location is great, parking way too expensive 8$ a day I expected 5 as per the site, some issue with Tv but was resolved.

The main reason to choose this hotel was to have the peace of mind of having a free shuttle service which we were assured that it’ll be there when we arrive but it wasn’t! We gave the specific information of our arrival and we were told that our name will be displayed once we clear immigration but that was not the case! There was no one! And we went back and forth looking for what we were promised but it was of no use. So we hired a cab and the hotel refused to pay the cab and blamed us for not looking for their guy at the airport! It was very bad experience that we won’t repeat again We’ve stayed many times at Lancaster hotel and Lancaster suites when Mr. Omar was the manager and we had no issues whatsoever but now we paid more money to stay at the plaza thinking that it’s a better option but it’s not. We’d never stay again at Lancaster plaza The attitude of the receptionist and the whole experience wasn’t pleasant

Friendly staff excellent location the only thing it was advertised on Expedia that self parking included but I had to pay extra for it but it wasn’t a big deal about $ 10.00 for 4 nights overall I would recommend.

This stay was absolutely terrible. Four lights of the room wouldn't turn off at all, I literally waited till 530 am till someone came and fixed it. When I complained to the hotel, they offered me a massage! I never slept all night, how will a massage help?

We planned a trip to Beirut from June 25-30. During our stay the hotel room was always clean, comfortable and quiet. It has plenty of room to store luggage. The shower and bath were clean. They provided us with plenty of toiletries. I used the gym in the morning and it was empty. The equipment is life fitness. Great weight gear. The jaccuzi and pool are heated and I believe salt Walter. It has a spa, which I didn’t use but it looked high end. They were constantly cleaning the room. The hotel restaurant had a beautiful view. The food was very expensive, so i didn’t include breakfast during my stay. There are a lot of local cafe shops walking distance. I would not recommend laundry as it is very very expensive. But it is supppsed it be expensive no matter where you go.

Overall it was good. There was a 20-30min delay for our room upon checking in at 4pm. Also, checking out, we were asked to wait nearly 15mins so the room to be checked. We stayed 2 nights and only the second day the room was not cleaned upon leaving the hotel between midday and 7pm. But, the hotel is modern and staff were friendly. Would stay again. Great area!

Great Hotel - Highly recommended
This is my 5th stay at this hotel and I have to say I am never disappointed from their service, location and quality. Nadine and Ali on the reception are definitely stars. Perhaps the service on breakfast can be something to work on, but other than this it is a great hotel.

Great room, fabulous view, the pillows were unbelievable ,however is falsely advertised as having a nightclub. There isn't any but the Lebanese restaurant Dawoud Bacha has live music , 2 amazing singers, a dabke group that was fabulous, only saw a belly dancer which wasn't that great( seem a little stiff, not very engaging). Even on the hotel's tv channel they rave about roof top swimming pool and it's shown a girl in bikini on a sunbed, in fact it's more of a decor for the rooftop bar and there's no sunbeds. Staff is great, very helpful and they check if you're comfortable.

Great bathroom and shower. Good beds, free WIFI and cold A/C in very quiet, well decorated rooms with city and sea views. Room service fast and food was delicious. Beautiful spa and fitness center with lovely indoor pool and hot tub. Rooftop dining and spectacular coastal views and more. Also, complimentary airport shuttle provided. Overall, very pleased and highly recommend.
