i had a street accident during my trip hotel staff made sure i am very comfortable after the accident then 2 weeks after i returned, guest relation called me home (international) to check on my health and how i feel this was very touching and appreciated defiantly my next stay will be at this hotel

Boutique Hotel Stay

Fun time in Beirut
The location was ideal for oour needs, it was central to all places we needed to go. Being from Lebanon, this was the first time we went into a hotel rather than family. We felt we were with family! Every single employee from the manager to the bell captain, everybody was pleasant, service oriented and gave personalized service with a lot of patience! Will definitely go back when need arises.

We were happily surprised. It was very clean, superior service, spacious & clean room. Specially very quiet even though we were on the busy highway side. It had 2 double pane sliding balcony doors.

Away from Beirut trafic mess yet close enoogh
Nice clean hotel, reasonably priced, helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Away from the terrible traffic of downtown Beirut yet close enough to all sights. Easy to get a taxi and go wherever you wish.

This hotel is ok... nothing amazing, i guess the price is right... cannot expect more... Just one thing to know is that there is only 1 ironing board in the entire hotel. It is located in the meeting room. not really convenient.. they should invest at least in a few more available on call. Room , is basic but clean.

Très Bon Hotel à Zalka
Dans l'ensemble tout est positif à part le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas vraiment enthousiasmant. Sinon le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins pour vous.

Very new and clean
Basically, it was supposed be very noisy, because this hotel is just next to highway. But I could hear any noise nor see any dust. It was calm and wonderfully clean. I think it's just very new like it's opened a month ago or something like that. It's mostly awesome for me, but also it gave me some smell like bond which you could smell from new apartment or mention. And also about breakfast... it just was too simple. I had to have cake and coffe. Apart from those two points it was just great place to stay.
