Pros: Location to Airport. Comfort of bed!
Cons: Get rid of automated switch boards.
Location: Catch a plane!
First class hotel. Most comfortable hotel bed ever! Had some difficulty finding Hotel, which may be sat nav but real problem in contacting Hotel by phone. Those confounded automatic switch boards continually telling you that you are in a queue but hold you will be connected. After 7/8 attempts abandoned and just made local enquiries. This was the ONLY criticism. Overall first class hotel,really good value, would certainly use/recommend again.

Attending a wedding over the road we needed somewhere handy to stay. Expectations were not very high but we were very pleased with our stay. Comfortable bed and an impressive shower . All we needed.

Pros: Location. Staff.
Cons: Maintenance and a thorough jet-washing of the external facades.
Location: Luton Airport. The M1.
We first stayed at this hotel shortly after it opened and were very impressed. Since then, we have over-nighted there before flying out of Luton when we have fancied something more than the usual airport hotel experience. Unfortunately, this latest visit will be our last as the gap between what it offers when compared with budget hotels no longer justifies the cost; it simply isn't worth two Premier Inns any more. Externally, the appearance of the building is becoming stained and dirty and the run-down feeling extends to the rooms where nothing is quite as one might hope. The staff remain attentive and helpful but the fabric of the building is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. ...and the "make your own waffles" facility has been removed at breakfast, Unforgiveable!

Good hotel for the airport

We needed a hotel for the airport at fairly short notice so booked this one at a reasonable price . It was about half an hour's drive ( Sunday afternoon) from where we live in NW London, to the hotel which is in the northern part of Luton (not in the centre or at the airport). Quick check-in and out with pleasant staff. Room large and spotlessly clean. Separate ( very large) shower and bath, with good complimentary toiletries. Went out to eat with family. Had a good night's sleep in comfy bed and then left early for the airport so didn't have breakfast either so can't comment on the restaurant or bar facilities. Took less than 10 minutes to drive to the mid-stay parking at the airport. Would stay there again.
