"Excelente lugar para pasar en familia, el servicio de Ketty en los desayunos increíbles, su atención con toda nuestra familia fue única, definitivamente si están allí deben buscarla se las recomiendo, no dejen pasar el Bingo excelente animación con Yaritza, hace sentir a todos en familia. "The property is nice, it not overwhelming everything is close to each other for things to do at night. The food was good, drinks were strong, the staff was very helpful and nice, fun activities too. It’s not a big resort but overall very nice resort to go to"

Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The landscaping was beautiful but for a Secrets Resort, I was pretty disappointed. My room seemed nothing special about it, paid less in other resorts and had bigger and better rooms. My sheets always felt damp, the tub was old and cracked and floor felt dirty. Definitely needs updating! The food was just ok- hibachi and the steakhouse were the two that were good. Considering that we were able to share restaurants with the neighboring Resort “Dreams” is pretty sad that the variety was not enough to choose from. They were the same restaurants with different names. As for the drinks, most were too sweet with watered down alcohol level. Unless you had shots. The shows were excellent and the staff overall were very nice and accommodating. They also had a “preferred” program for an extra $1000.00 which gave you an orange towel, private pool and cabana, an extra restaurant and TOP SHELF LIQOUR, like I didn’t pay enough. Prior to arrival I had emailed the resort that the couple we were traveling with were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary to please have something special for them such as a bottle of champagne and strawberries and if there was a cost I would pay it. Well that never happened. When I had the chance to talk someone, they apologized, stated it was noted in the system but I wasn’t charged. So that was disappointing. In the end, we still had a great time!"

Hotel Riu Republica - Adults only - All Inclusive

"The rooms are a bit dated, the ac never worked I did report it and they never came to fix it. The fan in the room also didn’t work, there was a bad smell in the elevator and the drains in the rooms bathroom. From the outside is beautiful but it does need some remodeling. Staff was very attentive and helpful."

Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

"This resort was great very beautiful, with many things to do. Food was great with many options pool and beach were great too, however the staff and service could definitely use some improvement we didn’t feel welcomed like we have in other resorts we been to. The room is very humid and was very hard to breathe at night most bathrooms smelled like they have a drainage problem. Drinks were ok I suggest if you want to get a real nice buzz to get your self a bottle at duty free and just order juice from the bars . Also bring comfy sandals cause it’s alot of walking from beach/main pool to the kids water park , theater etc. we did about 15,000 steps a day . Other than that me and my family would consider coming back :)"

Grand Bavaro Princess - All Inclusive

"Overall, my wife and I liked the resort, but we wouldn't stay here again. The Positives: We stayed in the Platinum section, and the room was great—very spacious with an excellent layout. We really enjoyed walking around the property and seeing all the roaming wildlife, especially the plenty of peacocks and ducks. The beach was beautiful with plenty of palapas for shade. In the evenings, we mainly hung out at the Platinum bar, and Jose the bartender was fantastic. The property overall is well-maintained. The OK: We only ate at the buffet, and it was just okay—nothing special, but not bad. When it comes to cleanliness, my wife didn't feel the public areas were all that clean, though I wouldn't say it was horrible. I also wish they had water filling stations around the property rather than just relying on plastic water bottles. The Negatives: During our stay, the air conditioning for the entire resort broke down for about a day and a half. While I understand that these things happen, I didn't feel the staff did a great job of communicating updates to the guests. Additionally, my wife became nauseous, and we actually had to leave a day early. She had only eaten a minimal amount of food there, so we aren't 100% sure the resort food was the cause, but we aren't sure what else it could have been. I ate plenty and felt completely fine."

"Ось варіант відгуку англійською: Our family had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Bávaro Family Selection. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail throughout the resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, both in our room and across the entire property. Everything was well maintained, spotless, and created a very comfortable environment for our vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Julio, who went above and beyond to help us with every question and request during our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made a huge difference and helped make our vacation truly stress-free. We were also impressed by the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the Family Selection area. It provided the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and tranquility. The food was exceptional. There is a fantastic variety of restaurants, and every meal we had was delicious. The quality, selection, and service exceeded our expectations. If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the entertainment program. Compared to some other resorts we have visited, the evening entertainment was not as strong or engaging. However, this was a minor issue and was easily outweighed by the excellent service, beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, and outstanding dining experience. Overall, our family had an amazing vacation, and we would highly recommend!"
