The facility was recently renovated and has thin noisy walls. The staff double charged me and made no amends. The manager doesn't stay on the property and hides behinds third party billing and motel (choice) policy. I live on fixed income and don't appreciate being double charged. This stay was planned to attend my granddaughters softball game which was canceled due to weather. Now I am stuck trying to make ends meet. I would rather stay at a run down Motel 6 than stay at Choice/Comfort Inn BTMT.

This hotel was the half way stop for us on our way to Las Vegas. They are still renovating some areas but our room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The young lady who checked us in was super nice and she recommended the pizza place next door (Mama’s Pizza). We did eat there and enjoyed our meal. The parking lot can definitely use a repaving. It makes the hotel look almost like it’s vacant but the inside is all new. There is a train that went by twice but it didn’t bother us at all. You can’t expect some fancy free breakfast like other reviewers did. It’s the basics and was just fine for us. We would definitely stay here again if we ever drive to Vegas again.

The property has just been renovated and wasn’t totally prepared for guests. I think it will be a nice place to stay once they get done. The staff was great. The room had new flooring, and furniture. So it was clean and comfy. It’s not too far from the interstate. I can’t comment on the surroundings as we got there and left while it was dark.
