From check in to the room just wasn't impressed at all. The person checking me in was rude, impersonal and seemed very inconvenienced. Tried to go back later to ask a question thinking maybe she was just frustrated at the time, no the attitude and feeling I was an inconvenience was almost worse then upon check in. The room itself was a little concerning as the floor very distinctly slopped like there wasn't any support in the floor. Not many guests but the hotel noise was still pretty significant like the walls were super thin.

The bathroom did not have a vent fan or it didnt work. The floor had a cracked tile in the entryway of my room. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30-9:30 am, however, my son and I got down there at 8:40 am to find them out of almost everything. Bacon was empty, sausage patties were dry. There were only two biscuits left with very little gravy. No pancake mix was available or prepared for the machine. There were onky 3 cinnamon rolls left. We ate slowly and waited around a bit and nobody even checked on the food or bothered to restock any of it. I expect better for the price of my stay.

Suite was very large, bathroom was odd. Huge triangular tub but tiny little shower. Would stay there again. Bed was comfy. Lobby was a bit run down. Breakfast was a decent offering.

We had fun with the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I used their laundry and it was conveniently located at thebhotel. The housekeepers were extremely accomidating when asking for extra items. Our rooms were very well equipped with microwave fridge and kuereg. The room was very clean as well. This is our second time staying a t this hotel in Batesville and we will not stay anywhere else when we return.

My wishes we accommodated, close to entrance and joining rooms. The only problem was the room above us was not soundproof. Glad to know that so when our group does this again we will try to be quiet.

Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, parking was easy, and check in was easy. There was cameras in the parking lot so we knew that the stuff we kept in our vehicles was safe. Will stay again.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing was our key would work and then it wouldn't. The door knob at one point literally pointed downwards. It was like it didn't want to catch. BUT honestly that isn't a complaint. We felt at home and welcomed

This is a very nice looking hotel. Clean and very friendly. But if you are here to get a nights pleaceful sleep this is not for you. The floor in the room had a dip in the floor a good 4 inches deep from one end to the other and the floor was spongy like you could fall through at anytime. The floor above could hear people stomping around jumping and carrying on for over 2 hours. Had to call front desk to get them to stop. So bad that the walls ratteled in our room. The beds are comfortable but well worn you fall into a grove in the mattress and you cannot get back out. We have stayed here before with no problems that is why we chose it again this time. Will pass next time I'm in the area.
