This client is disputing the disgusting way his family left our villa and they were charged extra cleaning. It's very disappointing that such a review is allowed on this site. Be careful allowing them to stay.

This is a very disturbing review from a family that continues to leave the villa in a real unacceptable mess. The pics here were clearly taken on arrival, not departure. Our staff also took pics that we're pursuing through the recovery of debt process.

External sites are not something we always have control over especially some sites don't make it clear that our prices are twin share and each additional person is an added price which we try to also cover in the terms. Perhaps you could ring us to clarify what the issue was.

Anonymous, thank you for your feedback. However, it is disappointing as you did not come and speak to us during your stay. Any issues would have been resolved immediately and your stay would have been a more pleasant one. As part of our maintenance schedule we get the cabins professionally sprayed inside and out annually for bugs etc. The Park too also has a extremely high record of cleanliness.
