Beautiful pool/ spa area. Right by the river with walking areas and near the citadel. Has shops nearby and restaurants.

From this location I was able to easily navigate Berlin. The staff were also friendly, and helpful. However, my room had several issues that weren't resolved during the stay. The lights would not turn fully off, the desk lamp had no light bulb, the phone to reception didn't work, and the toilet would not flush. They attempted to resolve the issues, but they recurred. The staff did try their best, and I was given a few free drinks for the inconvenience. But at over 100 Euro a night, I at least expect to flush the toilet and control the lights.

For 4 start is a good and cosy place

Great hotel in quiet part of Berlin. Only downside was no evening meal being available. Need to use the 200 bus to go into city centre, but stops just outside.

The hotel is in a very strategic location. There are very good transport links around (2-3 minutes walk), a number of cafes with good coffee (2-3 minutes walk away) as well as places to have dinner and breakfast. No need for renting a car or getting a taxi. The hotel is new, clean, tidy. Rooms are also clean, tidy and comfortable with climate control to cover any need, temperature wise. Breakfast is lovely with decent variety and good coffee. One small issue is that there is no dinning here, but as mentioned above, plenty of places around to go dining. Breakfast is a bit on the pricey side though with just over 16€ for one person. Rooms are quiet and comfy. Bed is also very comfy. So you are more or less guaranteed a good rest and sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily be going back again, hopefully soon.

Fantastic hotel. Modern, clean and lovely staff. Comfortable room. Lots of nice little extras. Very close to public transport.
