Nice welcoming lady at the reception. When we checked in on the night of 22nd Jan (6 pm) it was snowing, and freezing cold. Unfortunately, the boiler had a problem and as such the rooms were freezing cold. Whilst we were having dinner they managed to fix the problem, and the heating was back on. In the morning, at the time of checking out, the same lady informed us that they did not charge us any money for the dinner in order to compensate for the heating problem. Very nice gestures from them - shere professionalism. They know how to retain the customers; thumps up.
