"We are so glad we stayed here. Definitely coming back. The pool and property was especially enjoyable for our family. Extremely quiet and well maintained grounds. The whole staff is terrific. They are lovely caring people. Every inch of this property is very clean and well cared for. Quite impressed with the value here. See you soon!"

"I absolutely loved my visit and was sad to leave. My room had a little deck overlooking a river, so it was very peaceful and full of birdsongs. The grounds were beautiful. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the heated pool was a treat. The desk staff could not have been nicer, and were very good natured and helpful when I locked myself out of my room. And the coffee in the lobby was delicious! Flavorful and strong! If I return to Stowe, I will definitely stay at the Tälta again!"

"We had stayed here when it firsr opened and had a great experience. However, this time, it seems as if things are going downhill, true to form for this area of Vermont, sadly. The staff were rather surly and just not very welcoming. The room was clean, and the price was right, but you can tell things are starting to slip. It's a shame, really."
