Hi there! We are so sorry the TV didn't work at first and we are glad it came back on line. We attempted to resolve it sooner, but it appears there was some confusion. The guests in that room told us they didn't want us to come up to the room and that they did not want to watch TV. We have staff on site 24/7 to resolve these issues and we are sorry for the delay in resolving it.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Rest assured; we change all bedding after each guest stay; inspections and honesty checks are standard protocol to make sure this is always followed. We analyzed the pillow and found that it was lint. We are sorry for the scare. We will be more careful when inspecting our clean laundry coming from the dryer. As well, the can should not have happened. Please accept our sincerest apologies. We welcome you back to stay with us again.
