The room, bed, pools are all great and very comfortable. Getting to the room was a bit tiring because we had to climb 3 floors by stairs, and from room to the lobby takes some walking distance. Breakfast was ok.

10 of us took a 2.5 hours hike up Mt Qixian Hot Spring National Forest near the hotel. It was a great experience for all. The reservation staff attending to us was very helpful. Super nice and airy reception area. The food served at the restaurant & breakfast place were yum yum.

Peaceful and quiet hot spring resort
Stayed here for 4 days and spent one day hiking Qixiang mountain with my family. The hotel stay was superb. I would recommend it to anyone.

房间还是挺舒适的，早餐一般，游泳池很好，里面还有温泉池和沙滩游乐区，孩子老人玩的都很高兴，前台接待水平很好，服务满意，就是应该加强除蚊措施，住了两晚基本没睡着，蚊子太多了，而且衣服洗了都不干

适合度假的酒店
酒店设计得不错，与自然风光结合得很好。温泉泳池区分两个深度的区域，适合带儿童出游的客人。服务人员的礼貌问好体现了培训的质量。行政客房与普通客房看起来没有太大区别（虽然介绍里面说面积大了9平米）。健身中心并非24小时开放，起码我路过的时候是关着门的。早晨的客房服务速度略慢，在洗漱用品中没有找到应有的剃须刀，打电话给客房服务，可是等了一会儿还没有送过来，由于着急退房便离开了没有继续等。

一次舒适的旅行。
非常好的一次体验，父母亲都很满意，第一次入住海南希尔顿，没能免费给升级客房，比较遗憾。大厅接待人员的素质很高，值得赞扬。下次来海南还住你们家。
