We're sorry the room wasn't as expected, Shania. There are a few king suites at our location and one of them is a bit larger than the others. Hi Chris! We're sorry that your experience didn't go so great with us. It was quite a busy weekend having a youth hockey team and hosting comic con simultaneously which would explain the very large amount of adults and children running around, though it is unfortunate that it happened to fall on the same weekend as your arrival. If you decide to return to us another time, we'll see about accommodating you for your previous experience. Also just to clarify, there is a fridge in every single room under the tv in the cabinet.
