The overall experience was terrible, the bathroom was very dirty and everything was falling apart, honestly I don't understand why this place is open.

To be honest it's a little bit far from the Airport it's 27km.but I love this place it's a quite and relaxing place.. The staff is friendly .😘👏👏👏👏

Room is clean daily, let me check in early, walking distance to BTS. However, window and bathroom shower sliding door need to be fix. Other than this it is great hotel for budget stay

Staff are nice a d helpful though there are not many! Decent Indian vegetarian restaurant. Sperior Room is big and comfortable with fridge. Cleaning not great. Overall good value for Bangkok.

You get what you pay for!
Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough and the hot water worked. It was a clean room in a decent location; Don't expect anything more than that. It's an older building and the age shows. I didn't feel as if the room was dirty but the desk and walls had stains on them. The window handle and luggage table leg was broken. The worst part for me was the shower that seemed to have a clogged drain and so pooled around your feet while showering. Also, it didn't bother me at all, but I thought to myself that someone sensitive to noise and who sleeps late (or turns in early) might be bothered by the sound of traffic outside.

Barely adequate,very noisy. Hard to recommend
Great location. Convenient. Hotel lobby was fine. The rooms badly need to be updated. Queen mattress was nothing more than a 4 inch pad. The shower stall had mold above it which was only painted over. The bathroom faucet leaked and flooded the floor. Free WiFi was slower than my cell phone service. Can definitely find better rooms in the area for the same price.

Good spot for a budget hotel
I love the Silomarea and found the Diamond Residence was close to everything: good street food, night market and shopping malls. It was a quiet location for being right in Silom road and the room was comfortable with a couch, desk and soft mattress. My only complaints are that the room had ants and the staff were a bit confused when I told them I had a reservation through Expedia- took a while to sort out. Regardless, the price was right and I would come back here again!

It was an interesting place. The hotel is connected with an Indian restaurant. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming, some of them speak English. What you'll find bad about the place is there's constant remodeling of what appears to be certain floors and the "sky bar". The building appears old, there were stained sheets, missing water drain in the bathroom, random temperature showers, the furniture appears used and damaged. Despite these issues, I have simple needs. The bed was comfortable, and my stay was just what I needed. The area surrounding the hotel is why you'd stay here.

Good/Standard Thai Hotel with A/C
The hotel is a standard Asian hotel. It's run by Indians so it doesn't quite meet US standards of clean. (IE My room had a dead roach in it both days. (But it didn't have any live ones).) It's a combined shower, sink, toilet bathroom (standard to Asia). For the discounted price that I booked the room at, it was a great hotel with a room that stayed cool (via the A/C). The hallways were a bit hot since they weren't air conditioned. Overall, if you want a US style hotel, stay in one. If you want a private room at a cheaper local resort. This one is good. The walk from BTS is pretty easy. This hotel is across from Narai. (Note: if you get directions from Google, it has this hotel at the wrong place on the map currently so make sure you use street view and find the hotel.)

Disgusting Mouldy Washroom
The washroom was mouldy. I thought that by changing rooms it would help but 4 rooms had the same issue. Really smelly and a health risk for sure. Lady receptionist was very friendly and helpful the best she could.

The hotel lobby gets more attention than the rest of the hotel with regards to upkeep and cleanliness. This is an old building and the room furnishings match this. Our bathroom floor flooded every use and no effort was made to fix it.
