Overall stay is very good...the staff are very helpful...the room and common areas are alway clean...just a little dissapointed because any benefits as Gold member are not extended

Reasonable hotel for a business trip
The corner room I requested served me best. There was a big group of chinese tourist, so plan your breakfast accordingly. There was a few bars across the road, they were alright. It is a reasonable hotel when you have a meeting nearby.

Everything is good within expectation.
First time to try this hotel. It is close to the new BTS Ratchayotin station the new shopping mall with lots of dining options. The hotel itself is not really new, but rather well-maintained and clean. Overall it was a good experience.

Northgate Ratchayothin was a good choice for us. We didnt realise how far from the city it was but discovered Grab (like uber) which helped a lot. Free breakfast offering was great. Room was spacious, don’t drink the water from the tap! Otherwise no issues with our stay thankfully.The free hotel Shuttle to the Chatuchak market and other surroundings was great!

1450 baht for washing 7 pieces of clothes plus undies and socks. Taxi calling to the airport costs 800 baht when the taxi fare is between 300-400 baht only. They told us it would be a van but it turned out to be a regular taxi..so what was 400 baht was for? For just a phone call? Other hotels around the world would do that for free or a small sum as a part of being in hospitality industry. 420 baht fine if one towel has a stain. It was just dirt as the towel was dropped on the floor and could be washed off with water. The staff was helpful and tried to remove the dirt on the spot so that we did not get fined. The policy is very ridiculous. The 'meh' rating is for the policy, not staff or the facility. It is well-maintained, convenient and centrally located.

We had a great stay, as great as we could in that we both had colds while we were there. The principle reason for choosing this hotel is because it has a tennis court on the roof. We weren't able to use it on account of our colds .... )-;
