“Inner Harbor Hyatt”
Great Hotel. Very close to Inner Harbor attractions.
“Not impressed”
Rooms are dated, not quite clean, beds are not so comfortable, and sound proofing is almost none. Room service charges are outrageous. A cup of soup, two cheese burgers and a cheese steak sandwich cost $92. Hyatt as a brand has certainly gone down hill.
“Great location-comfortable and friendly and gorgeous hotel”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The lobby is gorgeous the staff attentive and polite the rooms very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi is not free. For a pricey hotel I feel that internet access should be included. Having said that, I would stay there again.

“Lack of information”
I was expecting to arrive and have staff and the front desk give me information about the hotel and my stay. Boy was I wrong! At check in I was giving a key and hotel number and told that the bell hop would get our luggage. Our lugage was left on the luggage rack in the lobby and we had to bring it upstairs ourselves. For these prices I expected more. I was told that parking was a fee in the price I paid online. It was not and not one person could explain this to me! At check in you are usually told about the complinentary breakfast time and location and what time check out will be. I was told nothing. I stopped several hotel staff and no one could tell me this information. You would think that they would at least know about check out or a free breakfast! We ended up paying for breakfast when we thought it was inlcuded. They charge you for everything including wi-fi! I will not be going back there as I am very disappointed!
“Not Impressed”
Reserved 3 rooms with king beds but received double beds in each room. Staff was completely unapologetic and insisted I made the mistake, even though I had my itenerary. A hotel manager finally at least offered to comp our bar bill from the night before, after much discussion. Also, restaurant was extremely slow; and charged us 18% gratuity (because we were table of 6) for the breakfast buffet!

It was frustrating to use the key cards to yuse the elevators. I understand the need for security, but the cards would not work half of the time.
“great location”
The hotel lobby is beautiful, but they could improve the rooms some. The rooms looked old and the rest of the hotel looked brand new. The location was excellent. And if you are staying at the hotel you shouldn't have to pay thirty dollars a day to park in their garage. But other than that I would stay there again.
“Very helpful staff”
The staff was very helpful, room was comfortable. Free wifi would have nice. Great location. Expensive parking though.
