All in all, it was a nice stay. The property is quite modern and cute. What we did not like is the crazy loud noise whenever a door was closed and the coughing around of many guests.

We could find taxi so that we have to walk from train station to the hotel with our luggage’s. It’s exhausting

Great hotel
Perfect location on town square close to all sights. Hotel room was large and comfortable. Parking was easy on the square. Restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean, but could use a little updating. Specifically, there are no outlets readily available by the bedside, at least in the room I was in, where I could charge my phone. Also, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived, and we had to ask to have it refilled the next day.

Modern hotel in the middle of history
In the middle of a town full of history. Modern hotel with all that is needed. Service very good (including a birthday present). Staff very helpful with our parking problem (Hotel parking full). Marked place with ample restaurants.

Nice hotel, brilliant location
Located in the central town square, this hotel is very well serviced. The rooms are about the usual Steigenberger standard, the breakfast has ample choice but the serving area is very cramped and can be dangerously overcrowded with people. The staff are very friendly and helpful at the desk, the restaurant and bar. The room and bathroom was very clean. Only negative was that there was no air-conditioning at all, which in a hot summer was quite oppressive.

Comfortable hotel in great location.
Great location in centre of Wismar and only 10 mins walk from the station. Welcoming staff. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Wifi complicated to use but worked OK.

Wismar in spring
We stayed one night and were well looked after. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. Gluten Free meals were available. Street parking could be found directly outside hotel. Location of hotel was perfect for a sightseeing city stroll. We highly recommend this hotel.

Most likely, best in the town.
Excellent location: Locates in the heart of the city by the local market place. Excellent breakfast, although some waiters (trainees) were all too eager to serve me by taking my cups and plates away in a situation when I was still eating and drinking :) Reception worked perfectly. Restaurant was excellent: Prices were reasonable and dinners were awesome ! Only negative issue were the sizes of the rooms: Those are quite small. Internet worked perfectly.

Excellent Service, Great Location
Stayed here for two nights while traveling on business - this was my first time to Wismar. Highly recommend staying at this hotel, centrally located. Staff and service was outstanding. Room was large and very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and dining for lunch and dinner in the restaurant was great. Will stay here again.

Very clean
The hotel was sparkling clean, very formal and comfortable (I am from the USA). It is in the center of Wizmar square with beautiful cobble stone streets. The hotel could not be in a more convenient location! There is a TV in the lobby where guests were watching football together in cocktail attire. This is a great hotel and town, I wish we had spent more than one day here.

Very pleasant and in lovely old central square.
Fab breakfast room small but very clean and comfortable. Shower a bit old fashioned but quite adequate for one night stay. spotless throughout but pity they don't empty the ashtray right by entrance which was overflowing and gives wrong first impression. Overall a good hotel for central wismar.

Magical visit to Wismar
Hotel's location was ideal - right on the market place and within a 10 - 15 minute walk to the train station pulling our suitcases. The condition of the hotel and room was impeccable. The hotel respected my request for a quiet room and also put our luggage in the room while we were out sight seeing. The front desk service was "all right" but no one made us feel particularly welcome. We would highly recommend this hotel and would eagerly stay there again. We passed on the breakfast provided by the hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff!
The hotel is right on the main square, but occupies two historical buildings - the rooms in the back building are nice and quiet. The staff were really great - very friendly and welcoming, and went to great trouble. Little gestures like a chocolate on departure to "wish you well on your way" were much appreciated.

Great Location
A very comfortable hotel in a good central location only marred by a little outside noise-something hard to avoid in such inner city hotels. Just a step out to enjoy the beautiful town of Wismar

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Nespressokapseln am ersten Tag waren super - leider werden diese bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt nicht aufgefüllt. Geschirr wurde nicht ausgetauscht - was vielleicht aber auch ein Versehen war. Ansonsten alles super! Vielen Dank!
