Excellent location, and very attentive staff. Room was big, confortable, and even though it was not premium, had a balcony with Ocean View! What I did not like was that the freezer was empty (no water), and not enough thick blankets.

Good Hotel in Balneário Camboriú
The hotel was a good option for traveling to Balneário Camboriú. The hotel is in front of the beach which is great! The location is close to the Ferris Wheel, and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. The breakfast was good, we really enjoyed all the cakes and the breads and deli products. They have several pools as well as 3 jacuzzis. The bathroom has a glass door which lacks privacy, and the toilet was leaking, making it wet.

For the price the property was good, not great. Did not like my room very much. It looks better in the picture that in person. The entrance of the hotel and lobby were very nice, but when you get to the hallways on the way to the rooms it was a bit disappointing. We ordered room service and the food was terrible

Nice hotel, clean, confortable, very easy access to the beach, just across the street, we took the Ocean view room and was great, you might get more with others hotels nearby, but you might have to pay more. Staff are great, very helpful. The cons: game room is terrible, forget about it, table football old and broken, only 2 snooker tables, nothing else. Swimming pools very small and crowded. Overall apart from the game room and swimming pools, I definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent beach
Hotel room was not ideal, 3 single beds, no frills, but I booked at the last minute. Location of the hotel and the views from the pool area are fantastic. Breakfast was good.

Hotel com ótima localização, ótima estrutura e ótimo serviço dos funcionários. Dois pontos apenas que deixaram a desejar foi a impossibilidade de acessar Internet na tv e a falta de opções no café da manhã para quem não pode consumir gluten e lactose. No geral o hotel é muito bom com quartos muito confortáveis e ótimos atendentendes.

Este ano só tenho elogios.
Hotel já começa com a ótima localização, frente ao mar. O quarto é grande e confortavel. A cama aconchegante e otimo colchão. Pessoal que trabalha são muito cortês, educados, prestativos e sorridentes. Café da manhã com bastante opções e tudo saboroso. Passamos as férias sempre lá.

Estadia do hotel foi tudo muito bom, o que estragou foi uma excursão de mais ou menos 6 ônibus de chilenos adolescentes, que eram PORCOS e DESRESPEITOSOS, no café da manhã eles comiam um pedaço de pão e colocavam novamente na prateleira, não esperavam nem descer do elevador ja iam empurrando, ocupavam toda a piscina o tempo inteiro, absolutamente TODOS os hóspedes brasileiros que conversamos do hotel estavam insatisfeitos.. o pessoal da recepção do hotel informou que todo ano eles fazem essa viagem de formatura, entre os dias 1 e 15 de dezembro em média, então evitem essas datas para viagem, que será um transtorno.

Fiquei um pouco desapontado pelo fato de chegar as 8:00, sabendo que o check in seria somente as 14hrs, outros hoteis fazem um primeiro acolhimento para o cadastro prévio, guarda das bagagens, liberação das toalhas da piscina e estacionamento. No caso do Dsintra, so consegui fazer o cadastro prévio e tive que deixar o carro na rua validando o estacionamento de 2 em 2 horas, acho que isso poderia ser melhorado porque o check in do quarto é compreensivel, mas a não liberação de toalhas e do estacionamento antes das 14hrs, achei decepcionante visto ser feito em outros hotéis próximos.
