I am extremely disappointed with how the hotel staff handled my family's stay. My wife and son used the pool, but they were unreasonably kicked out of the changing area. As a result, my wife was forced to walk through the hotel wearing nothing but a towel. This treatment was completely unacceptable and humiliating for my family. I expect a serious explanation and an apology from the management.
