Not a 5 star hotel
I ordered a car for when I arrived and it didn't show. After 3 days I couldn't hing else to my room even though I paid in advance for 7 nights and offered to leave my credit card I had to come down at 11PM to clear upy bill and then leave a $400 credit on my card. When I went to check out I asked them at 10AM to have my bill ready for 1AM the following day. When I went to check out nothing was ready and I spent 35-40 minutes checking out.

Booked the hotel as a weekend gateaway for my family. Main criteria was the indoor pool since the weather forecast showed mostly rain. We were welcome with a great hospitality at the reception, shown to the room which was a spacious one bed room suite. Although wasn't asked for, there was a bed made on the sofa in living room - all soft and cozy. Both rooms had balcony which weren't very clean. It was freezing cold inside the rooms when we first settled in. Turned the aircond on heating regime and waited for 15-20 mins to only get a cold air blow. When I first asked the guest services why it wouldn't heat, they said I should wait about 10 mins for the heating to start. Upon calling the 2nd time, a lady told that since it was summer, the heating regime was turned off. Oil heaters were provided instead. Indoor pool was about 26 C, good enough for the kids to enjoy. Could have been heated little bit more. We were shivering when left the pool. Breakfast variety was good enough. The only downside was the hall where breakfast was served. Narrow alley-like hall with tables close to each other. We were seated at the far end so it took as many trips back and forth to get the meals. Kids like oatmeal which wasn't readyily available. But they cooked it upon request for which we are thankful. Overall 4+ out of 5. Value for the money 3 out of 5. I would expect more for the amount paid for a single night stay. Definitely recommend it for long staycations.

Swimming pool was great (indoor and outdoor). Main water park was not open yet. Some healthy concerns - e.g. balconies had no locks and we had a toddler with us! Some kind of play area for children would be a good improvement. Breakfast was average for this level of hotel and for the price. Other food at the outdoor terrace area was good. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Lovely stay - everything you need
The hotel is modern and well furnished. The location is slightly out the way but means that it is quiet. A taxi into the centre is only 5/10 mins so really not too far at all.

Awful experience
Awful experience! Will never recommend to anyone. It was the last day of our stay, and when we were checking out, the guy at the reception desk began arguing with me, telling that I hadn't pay for the room (though it had been fully paid for). It took us about an hour to check out (with the help of Hotels.com support), and we had a plane in 2.5 hours! Totally unacceptable. Also, the dry cleaning/ironing service is awful. They were not able to steam a shirt! Room service was also a disappointment, the lady that was taking my order via phone forgot about the main course and mixed up the side dishes.

During my stay at Pullman, I've been constantly trying to communicate with the right person at the front desk who can make decisions.. for 3 consecutive days, all the staff have been making excuses and not reverting back with neither a solution nor the right person to talk to..

Fantastic!
Fantastic hotel! Great selection of breakfast items. 3 course meal options available during dinner. Room service delivered quickly and fresh. Free wifi. Outdoor pool area is amazing! Very comfortable. Only con is this part of town is far off from downtown and doesn't look like there is much in immediate area, but there is enough in hotel to make up for this. 5 stars!

My only problem was not with the hotel, but the Hotels.Com App which did not clearly state that there would be a local charge made by the hotel totalling approx 80% of the payment made on booking. When the confirmation email was read, all was clear however many travellers like me can only access the app, which should clearly detail all charges.

Great hotel
It is a brilliant hotel. Real 5 star except the service. Staff are trying to be helpful and kind but not attentive. Real improvement is needed in this respect. Food is not also the hotel's best attraction!

Very nice bedrooms and super comfortable beds. Perfect internal amenities. But : big problem with the ventilation system that is so noisy you can't sleep ! The only but crucial disapointment. Staff could be somehow a bit more welcoming. Nobody to pick up your luggage even though you have a lot of them.

Extremely elegant hotel
In a large suite that any palace would be proud to offer, we had a quiet and very confortable stay. We had excellent food from room service and went to the great spa and pool every day of our stay. A little far from the historic center but they offer a free shuttle to downtown every hour.

فندق جميل ومستوى النظافه ممتاز مناسب للعائلات والاطفال يوجد أكوا بارك وايضاً يوجد باص مجانا للوصول الى البوليفارد بارك والمول ولكن من السلبيات لايوجد شطاف في دوره المياه
