"It is in such a beautiful spot. At the top of the old towns hill. Beautiful views!! Staff were helpful and even brought us to and from our car with our luggage in their vehicle. Their place was in a restricted driving spot where the roads were quite narrow for a car…unless you are used to driving on those kinds of roads. Walking distance to the city ctr and the beach. "

"This place was fine, but the parking was difficult and stressful. The hotel was hard to find and nowhere to park out front, so we had to call the number in heavy traffic with nowhere to park and she gave us the street address of some empty lot which was not marked at all as a parking lot and i had to keep looping around trying to find it. When i asked why it said "parking available" she said that wasn't the case in the winter. Then i had to move the car again to some other street spot. Really...

"The resort is unfortunately not completed after a major renovation. Lift not operational and no toilets available in the restaurant or by the pool which was very inconvenient as we had to go up two flights (42) steps to use the toilet in our room! Food was delicious and they really tried to make our stay great and the swimming pool is fantastic! Still a way to go, but when finished and fully operational next year, it will be an amazing place to stay and enjoy the facilities!"

"The check in was a breeze. Francesca was extremely helpful to work with. She’s fluent in English, and helped us with everything, like directions to the town and parking. There’s a big parking lot in front of the hotel. While the room is a little dated, it is compensated with nice balcony overlooking the sea, and the best Buffett Breakfast in our Italian tour. We also requested 2 extra pilliows as there were only 2 pillows. Thanks Francesca. Will be back."

There is a pleasant bar with outdoor tables on a patio with a view down to the Adriatic. Breakfast tables are on the same patio. The hotel restaurant was a great deal--25 Euros for pasta, main, contorno, and dessert. Pretty sure that it's the best option in Monte Sant'Angelo, a delightful place to stay in the Gargano."
