Loud music and noise until sun rise; after complaining several times they sent security to the noisy room and asked them to put it off. The bathroom was leaking, air dryer not working; bad smell in the suite.

The room we stayed in was large. It was clean but very dated, tired and worn. There was noise from other guests shouting in the early hours of the moring on two different nights, there was also a dog barking frequently and the music could be heard from the pool area very late at night as there was an event happening. The beach is ok, very small but you are also often refused entry at certain times due to private functions which was very frustrating. Nothing within walking distance of the hotel but easy to get taxis ( expensive) or Ubers anywhere in the city. All of the pool area in the shade from mid day.

Check in was fast. Spacious rooms with outdoor swimming pool and beachside sitting areas. Good sized bedrooms, kitchen and sitting areas. Bed duvet was not made from previous guests and we found hairs on duvet, after complaints to housekeepers bed was made again..unacceptable behaviour. WiFi is very slow almost nonexistent.

cleanliness was mediocre. housekeeping dept refused to provide the rightful toiletries & slippers (if you paid for 3 nights, you ought to get the same toiletries & other complimentaries as night 1). breakfast food were the same during the duration of our stay (4 days, 3 nights).

The pictures of the hotel must have been taken many years ago because every part of the hotel is very dated ,hence all the building work ,in reception and around the pool .only stayed one night at the hotel but stayed in the room 90 percent of the time.the only plus to the hotel was the staff were very friendly

The rooms were stained and smelled bad. The bathroom when tried to shower smelled like sewage. Another shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. The pool was extremely hot The pool was unsafe since there were pipes sucking water which can trap a kids hand Internet was very weak and inconsistent.

Amazing Eid breakaway
We had a fantastic week here. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great amenities like the pool jacuzzi was super amazing. If you are a hijabi book the balcony. You will be able to get some vitamin D. Safayet was truly a gem, very helpful at the pool area exceptionally so esp with my wife who is in a wheelchair. Frijy in the breakfast room was exceptionally helpful as well. Very attentive.

This property has great potential. We had a one bedroom suite with a beautiful balcony and sea view. That was the best part. The pool area and pool attendant were great. However the rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The hotel has an after hours club on the 1st floor which plays loud music from 2am - 6am every night. The bass from the music vibrates through the hotel and can be heard even on the 7th floor every night !! The taxi drivers picking up and dropping off to the club honk their horns continuously waking anyone who is sleeping. Despite its central location and gorgeous views, I would not stay here again unless there is some major changes.

Pros: Cleaness (10/10), Staff (10/10), Room was fabulus and large we had three bedroom apartment with 4 full bathrooms> swimming pool is greate for kids and adults. Breakfast buffet was very good for the price 5BD (13.5 US$) per person which is excellent. The only observations was the very dirty windows (maybe never cleaned) and old furniturs (but clean). What amaze me is how clean this resort was, I travelled alot but the place is exeption in term of cleaness

The wifi kept turning off and on in my room. A technician came very fast after I called and made a complaint. The technician replaced the router with a new one, but the wifi still didn't work. It was late and I was checking out the next morning, so I let it go. I requested for my room to be cleaned one morning and the staff didn't come and clean until that afternoon. On a positive note, the hotel staff was very friendly and room was nice.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me by name when I walked in. Anytime I asked for something, they assisted me with a smile and were pretty quick. They also updated my room for free and without me asking. The hotel is not a 10 minute walk from the mall as advertised. It’s more of a 10 minute drive. The hotel is really old and dated. The jets don’t work in the bathtub and there was a mildew smell in the room. The caulk around the tub was cracking and just wasn’t very appealing. The pool area was really nice and had a live band. There is also a full service bar near the pool and they serve shisha.

Good hotel but there was an issue during check in A lady in reception i dont know her name her name tag was not visible. This hotel is very beautiful and the location is amazing! However the customer service here is poor and I would not recommend to anyone! I myself won’t be visiting this hotel ever again. The staff loves to say “10 minutes” or “immediately will attend” but leaves you to hang for hours or doesn’t respond to you. I am completely understanding that during the holidays this hotel was busy however they do not know how to handle customer complaints or attend to them. Service is extremely poor in this hotel.

Most of things is ok the staff is helpful. However the glass in the bathroom was dirty and the hot water is not available. I wont recommend this hotel until they fix this issues.

The location is not good for exiting the property. If you need to turn left you cannot and nust go 2 miles out of your way to make a u-turn to go to town. Other than that the hotel is good value for money, except for food and drinks, which are expensive.

Nice stay
Very nice staff, rooms are big. Restauration is not too expensive, drinks are but not too much. Hôtel needs refurbish as it looks a bit outdated.

very good location nice quit intrance and lobby clean and smell good staff are Ok but if you inter the room the bad smell and old looking furniture . looking dirty curtains will disturbe the beutiful see view from big wide windows breakfast is good

The hotel do have a lifeguard throughout the pool operational timings; in fact in the peak hours, there are 2 lifeguards on the pool ensuring the guest safety.
