It was fine, the shuttle doesn't run from 10am-2pm.. Facilities are outdated and well use, but functional. Restaurant/ bar was good. Shady little gambling room attached to the Restaurant, not sure if it's legal or not.. You get what you pay for!!

The furniture was old, no milk in the fridge, towel rack broken paint flaking on bathroom door. Mens toilet in reception had no toilet paper.

The front doors of the hotel is open the whole day and people can come and go without a card. Felt very unsafe that non- guests can get to any room without any restriction.

Would never stay her again. WiFi is not free. There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel, room was definitely not clean, pick up and drop off not between 10am and 2pm, staff were rude and the restaurant was terrible. Will definitely be paying extra to go somewhere nicer next time.

Enjoyed having a patio door to the parking area; ease of unpacking vehicle and walking outside. Parking space was near room. Room had ample space for two people. Beds were clean and very comfy. Lots of counter space to place items. Large wardrobe with hangers to hang items. Each bed had a small side shelf to place items. Fridge provided with cups and spoon. Shower floor was non slip. Improvement suggestions: 1 lamp on bedside table - would have been great to have a lamp for each bed. No towel rack in bathroom to hang towel by sink although towel hook for bath towel outside shower door. Shower interior need to clean marks in caulking.

Nothing in the area, but they have a bar and restaurant which is adequate and the hotel is ideal for a lay over as near airport and a free shuttle service is provided.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was in desperate need of basic maintenance and not clean. The sheets didn't look to be washed with hair and bits of grit on them. Milk provided for coffee was powdered milk and there was no hot chocolate for our daughter. For the price, the room was not up to standard. Would not stay here again solely based on the lack of cleanliness. Also noted no map on the wall for emergency evacuation.

There wasn’t a bedside light. There was a fan in the room but too heavy to move to where it could be plugged in. Very important on leaving to get to the airport for an early flight this morning, there were no outside lights so you could see where you were going. Fortunately a member of staff helped me with my suitcase.

Stayed here twice. The first time the room we stayed in was very clean, no complaints. The second room needed a bit of attention to the mould on the silicone in the bathroom, but overall very satisfied with the accommodation. The young man at reception was very helpful and cheerful and the shuttle to the airport was much appreciated.

Ok to spend the night when you have an early morning flight but not a place to stay for long. It’s conveniently close to the airport but the area seems a bit dodgy. The room is very spacious but had a strong smell. The dinning area is quite nice though. We had a lovely dinner there. Also, the pool is out of order.

staff were super nice!! room was clean but kept putting housekeeping sign up and didnt get it. definitley alot better then the reviews that i read, some of the facilities are old but overall i enjoyed my stay of 4 nights. the bar they have is super nice to get a couple drinks and they havve food options too. would stay here again

Upon reading other reviews and finding most of them were way below average, I was a bit hesitant and worried. But after checking in and getting to my room, i actually found it not bad, I had a one night stay before catching a dumb o’clock flight in the morning, so I found this place really convenient and quite comfortable for what I wanted/needed. And the shuttle service provided was really great, The driver had already arrived so I wasn’t waiting around.
