Staff were very pleasant. The rooms were spacious and had nice ocean view. Close to airport and out of the hustle and bustle of Athens. Beach town with several restaurants to select from.

We stayed a week and each day experienced the same excellent service. It was wonderfully relaxing so near the water. Excellent restaurants within two minutes walking along the shore path. The hotel design with multiple outdoor dining options accommodated casual and formal dining. It was enjoyable all around and a relatvely short ride to the airport.

Property has a dirty stale drain odour. Hallways are dark and dingy. Surrounding area loud and busy, not much to do for tourists outside of beach season. Would recommend staying at a different hotel close to airport.

We were disappointed with service and the room. It was cluttered and unsafe with glass partitions and the shower door was leaking water from the shower. Disappointed with breakfast. You have to ask for everything including butter with toast!! Felt they were having tighter controls on pretty much everything. Definitely would stay somewhere else next time. Language (English) with the staff at restaurant was a challenge.

Lovely hotel overlooking the beach and best of all waking up to the sunrise. Tastefully decorated and soundproof rooms. The staff are very friendly and attentive and because of this will stay again.

Everything was amazing. The best hidden gem in Athens. We have stayed here twice now and look forward to a third visit next time we are in Athens. The food is excellent!

If you need a hotel near Athens airport, this is t
A great little hotel in an excellent location. We normally stay at a hotel in Athens airport prior to our flights back but it's expensive and bland. The Seasabelle is an excellent alternative which we will use going forward. It's 15 minutes from the airport, on the beach, well laid out with a great restaurant/bar and excellent service. Our only issue was that the mattress and pillows were much too firm for us.

Iiked that it was a lovely area that had a private beach although beach area needs alot of work perhaps because end of season it need much attention still sat there as weather. The queen bed was not a North America size one,the room we got was street side andtraffic especially motor bikes kept us up to wee hours

No paper in the toilet is a problem. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries. It’s basic, but overall pleasant with lovely outdoor seating in the restaurant. The staff is without doubt the hotel’s greatest asset.

The property is very clean. The food was amazing. But were is situated is very noisy at night. To much noisy car passing very busy street. All stores near were closed. It doesn’t seem very touristic. And taxis are really expensive.

I arrived a little early around 1:00 pm, they had me in room soon after. The hotel restaurant, Forkys is lovely. It stretches over to the beach, so you can dine their also. Breakfast with the sunrise over the Aegean was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and tidy and well appointed with robes, slippers, fresh fruit, coffee machine etc. It's an easy walk to a range of restaurants. There is a yeeros restaurant next door to the hotel (main road, not beachside) called Artemis - delicious.

This place is wonderful. Very comfortable bed, so clean, convenient location and food downstairs open late. The front desk was incredibly helpful setting up transport from port and then to the airport the next day.

We absolutely LOVED THIS PROPERTY! The location, the workers, the food, the rooms were so thought out and beautiful and we were even able to check in early as we had just gotten off a cruise and were extremely tired. Beach is right across the street and we walked to a few different bakeries and THE BEST GYRO I HAVE EVER HAD WAS RIGHT NEXT DOOR! We went twice in 1 day because they were that good. I will absolutely recommend this place for guests going back to Athens before they fly out, after a cruise! Thank you for such a beautiful experience to end our time in Greece!

Decent hotel close to airport. Room was nice though lack of normal hotel amenities. Useless Room coffee maker. Beachside seating area needs better care as does the beach area which is not very appealing, but has potential. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive.
