The hotel itself is newly refurbished and lovely, very clean and the staff were very responsive and friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel itself. The room was very large. We had a sitting room, living room and bedroom with double balcony. The view from the living room window was the Acropolis. (Not the view from the balcony.) But it was great. Sadly all the things that we didnt like about the stay were nothing to do with the actual hotel. Its located just outside the cute market area, where all the rest of buildings have yet to be fixed. Its quite a rough block or two. There is also a roof top patio across the street that played music until 1am both evenings (wed & thur eve) by the 2nd night I knew I could never stay a 3rd. It was just so loud. We tried to get our complimentary breakfast which was provided by a restaurant about 3 min walk but after waiting 50 min we had to leave for our Acropolis tour. I ended up buying 2 bananas from a vendor in the market on our way. The 2nd morning we didnt dare try our luck again but went to a restaurant just past them and had a great breakfast. Half the time and the 24€ it was worth not stressing if we would miss our flight or not by having to wait. Again, the hotel itself was great, unfortunately its surrounding areas and collaboration with the restaurant, that let it down.

Great hotel! Amazing views. Spacious rooms and extra spacious balconies! Couldn’t be happier with this choice. The shower had a door leading to the patio which made romantic showers and views extra special. The neighbouring hotel had music blaring until around midnight which we thoroughly enjoyed. We ended up having a little party on our balcony instead of going out. Loved it. Huge mini fridge, comfy bed, amazing robes and slippers! The only downside was the area seemed a little sketch when we first got there but ended up being great. Walkable to everything and free parking on the street. The restaurant below the hotel was always packed so you def felt safe! Can’t wait to visit again!

Hotel Staff is very nice and they have a very good way to communicate via WhatsApp and email. The property is not in the best neighbourhood, but it is quite at night and safe. Don’t be scared when you arrive, it is a safe area.

The property was lovely and modern, the surrounding area had some local stores and lots of restaurants that were lovely for dinner, very convenient location for walking to all the sites majority within 20 min walk. Would recommend to friends and family.

The hotel was really great! Smaller than an American average hotel room but it had everything we needed, clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. The area outside was not a touristy area so did have walk to the more popular areas but not bad of a walk.

The property was very clean, nice and very friendly staff. It was our Anniversary and I requested for some balloons and they managed it even with a short notice. Very understanding. The area outside property was bit not nice and was lonely. The breakfast where they provided was very good. There was noise outside which was bit disturbing but since it's in a party area can understand that.

This is my first stay in Athens. I picked the hotel for ratings and location. The outside is scaryand old. The streets around it, are the appearance of a war zone. When you walk 2 blocks, you are on the main shopping and tourist area and near most of things that you want to see. The are restaurants near by.. the rooms are small but nice. New bathroom and fixtures. Dont forget to bring your euopean outlets. The balcony was only standable.

The location is excellent. Everything else is also great except that there was very laud music in the neighborhood until very late (perhaps after 3:00am) one Friday night.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck. It’s one of the highest in the area with a great view of the Acropolis. The beds were comfy and everything was in great order. The entire hotel was completely renovated within the past 5 years. The area around the hotel looks like a bit of a war zone though as we overlooked damaged, abandoned buildings below us, but this is pretty typical for a lot of the Athens downtown area. We never felt unsafe though. I would stay there again.

Great views of the Acropolis and surrounding areas (from level 7 and up). The balconies were perfectly roomy for two people, majority of them had two soft cusioned chairs and loveseat with table, net hanging chair and umbrella. We had the 8th floor and the balcony had about 100 square feet of space. What i didnt see in the reviews prior to booking, is the hostel across the street has a rooftop disco which starts up around 6 pm and ends around 2AM on Sat and around midnight on Sunday. Even with windows closed, could hear the music fairly well. Otherwise, during the daytime, it is rather a quiet neighborhood. Many buildings around the hotel are either vacant, in the process of renovation, or just abandoned. The Indian restaurant in front of Play is really good. The breakfast offered with additional payment is located about a 5 min walk off property. Breakfast selection is limited to the 'coupon holder', but is rather good. Service from the staff seemed to reapond faster to the non coupon holders (just our observation). Word of caution for those with lugging baggage from the closest metro - it is a rather long walk and not the smoothest of surfaces. Do youself a favor and get a taxi reserved from the staff at the hotel for an early flight out. Would i stay here again, sure.. but I like to visit many hotels when i visit Athens.

Overall, the place was nice. it was false advertisement on my room, because I was told we had a balcony in our room (Junior suite) and unless you had a penthouse room, there was no balcony! So i paid extra for a room that did not have a balcony. It was a public space that could hardly fit 3-4 people. The pool was NOT A POOL. It was a hot tub for about 2-3 people to fit in. VERY SMALL. There is food in the area, but not to close. Its a small India restaurant that has really great food!! So that made it much better!!

The staff was incredible!!! So attentive and kind. Loved the room. Roof deck was sadly closed though. Greta proximity to fun areas although the two blocks surrounding looked sketchy, you don’t feel unsafe at all.

Overall, this was a nice property. the only issue I had with my room was that the balcony was false advertisement. There is only one balcony on each floor unless you have to presidental suite. Also, the pool was a hot tub and only 2-3 people could fit at a time. Other than that, the Staff was AMAZING, it was really clean and the Middle Eastern restaurant below was AWESOME!

Front desk staff are available around 24 hrs. to address questions about the rooms or about the city. Georgia at the front desk helped us get a taxi big enough to carry all our luggage.

At first, I was surprised why this property was rated so highly. Then, I realized that it’s because it’s right in the middle of the action … quiet but surrounded with the best dinning options. Great view of the acropolis from the rooftop. The staff is extraordinary; they are pleasant and super helpful. Will definitely stay there again InshaAllah 5/5

We recently stayed here for 10 nights. Overall qe we very satisfied. Good points: - the hotel is close to all major amenities - staff is amazing and speak english - good views from the rooftop bar - housekeeping done daily - they do not have a restaurant on site but partner up with a tavern 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is super with loads of choices. - rooms are modern and the bed was comfy. The only negative points we have: - noisy area as its close to a market. - a run down area at the back of the market seems to attract a lot of drug addicts. Even walking past them during the day whilst they hold their syringes. It does not make you feel safe walking at night.

Great service. Friendly & very helpful staff. Outstanding & friendly rooftop bar service. Good breakfast coupons at nearby restaurant. Only slightly negative would be that shower design could use a tad longer shower divider/glass to better prevent water splashing. Otherwise everything was great.

Fantastic location! 5-minute walk to subway. Spectacular view of the Acropolis from the top floors. Outstanding front desk staff. They spoke English. Sent a taxi to pick us up from the Cruise port and sent the same taxi to drive us to the international airport!

Great new hotel in central Athens. Easy walking distance to everything you need for a few days. Rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. Nice little rooftop bar for a evening drink with an amazing view of the Akropolis. The staff are super friendly and always around to help with anything you need. Really liked how they send you the main door and your room codes via WhatsApp - no plastic keycards to loose or impact the environment. Would highly recommend staying here.

BEAUTIFUL, COMFORTABLE STAY: The hotel is a beautiful boutique style property. The rooms cool exceptionally well. The staff was friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to help during our stay (particularly Demetrius). THE ROOF TOP: The view from the roof top deck is amazing and you can get drinks at the roof top bar (private bar for hotel guests only). BALCONY LOVERS: Note, the rooms with private balcony's do not over look Acropolis, but are opposing city views and are spacious a sprawling for an extended stay! TRANSIT: The walk from the train/metro was easy to navigate (backpack/carry on roller bag). VIBE: Other guests staying at the hotel were just as friendly as the hotel staff. Good energy by patrons and property. ONE WISH: I would not hesitate to book when visiting Athens in the future and wish hour stay had been longer to enjoy this property more.
