Voula, the reception manager, deserves a Nobel Prize for Early Check-Ins, as she not only granted my request for a 9 AM check-in but also greeted me with a standing ovation (okay, maybe just a warm smile). The evening receptionist was a mind reader disguised as a hotel employee, calling to inquire if I needed coffee capsules for my impending 4:30 AM departure. It's like they have a crystal ball hidden behind the front desk. The room was so cozy, I considered installing a "Do Not Disturb" sign permanently. And the view? Well, let's just say I now understand why pigeons love window ledges. Overall, if you're looking for a place where they treat you like royalty, but with a touch of whimsy, this hotel is it!

Hill view rooms are quite noisy
Neoma seemed to be in a quiet neighborhood. In reality the hotel is located on a busy city street. I was placed right in a room on that street it was quite loud until late at night. Looking on hotels.com I could see off street rooms available, but the front desk steadfastly refused to change my room. Be aware that hill view rooms are on a busy street...

Neoma is a modern, beautifully designed hotel. The interiors are outstanding. It is very clean. The location is great. However .... Neoma says on its website that it has a gym with 'state of the art equipment' which is one of the reasons I booked. I am currently on an exercise program. But in reality, the gym cannot be fully used until after 10.00am, because of noise issues for neighbouring rooms. The treadmill was also completely sunken in the middle. It was unusable and unsafe and had not been adequately maintained. I was disappointed and left Neoma, to book into another hotel with a gym. I've heard nothing from Neoma management. If you enjoy working out, I would not recommend this hotel. I didn't get what I paid for.

Dear Sally,Thank you for your review and all your kind words.About the gym yes we have specific hours that we operate it and this is why we mention that in all booking engines that it has limited access.We totaly understand that if it is madatory for your stay it could not be ideal for you as this happens to many city hotels with limited space.This is why i personaly informed you that you culd use it even earlier but having in mind there are two rooms quite close to the gym you had to do it as quite as possible as we would not like to disturb them.About the treadmill as i sent to you personaly to youe email the previous days ,unfortunately could have been broken quite recently from some other guest but as nobody else informed us and also you could understand the problem only when you were using it we could not have know it.Be reassured that we have informed the company to proceed with any nesesary fixes.We would be glad if we could have you again in the future and have better experience with us.Kind regards,Yiannis ArgyrosHotel Manager

Neoma vacation.
We loved the staff; they wete very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the rooms very clean. The rooftop restaurant had a magnificent view. The food was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel. However, the breakfast box given to us on our way to the airport, although thoughtful and kind, was not in the same category. The food was very boring. The best part was the pear. My only other criticism was the lighting. It was difficult to apply makeup because it was difficult to see. Perhaps a lighted makeup mirror. I would stay at the hotel again and I would recommend it highly. It was a very enjoyable experience!

What a fantastic hotel! Small, friendly staff, spotlessly clean and superb facilities. Beautiful, large room. The restaurant/bar is lovely. Breakfast was good - small cold selection and you can also choose from the hot menu that is then cooked to order - delicious. The best part was the rooftop bar! Stunning views of the Acropolis - especially at night. Fantastic pool, a really classy space. It is a 5 minute, straight forward walk to the Acropolis, just past it another 5 minutes you turn into the area Plaka which has lanes and lanes of shops, bars and restaurants to just get lost in. Perfect location. Perfect hotel. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay!
A Wonderful one night stay. Location to the Acropolis was ace, food was delicious and served with great customer service and the rooftop pool, with its views, and bar surpassed expectations. I didn’t find the beds very comfortable as they were a little too hard but that is personal preference. All-in-all a super stay.

Very well located modern hotel within walking distance of the Acropolis and a number of restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and provided help and advice. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the hot dishes were freshly cooked. My only slight criticism is that a little more storage space would have been useful.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel itself was very nice. The rooftop view was unbelievable. I wish we were able to walk around a little more to get a feel for the area, but it's very close to the Acropolis if you are looking to go there.

We loved Neoma! It was like staying at your super chic relatives house. Not only is the hotel superbly decorated in a minimal style and very clean but the staff is super friendly and you can really see they care. The rooftop view is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Superb! The view of the Parthenon from the rooftop pool and bar area is absolutely magical, the breakfast is fabulous, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and kind. It was the perfect base in Athens, and we are already hoping to return. The only thing we'd add would be a railing for the pool steps.

Well positioned hotel about a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis. Easy walk down to many restaurants but a steep walk back. Friendly, helpful hotel staff. Lovely rooftop pool and bar with a view of the Parthenon. Room was adequate with some power point issues. View over the city with a small balcony. Lift to room. Comfortable bed, small bathroom, shower. Good wifi. Mini bar, kettle. Cooked and buffet breakfast in downstairs dining room. 5-10 mins walk to Fix station train, tram and bus routes.

Lovely Athens Oasis
Fabulous hotel with views that go on forever. An oasis from the craziness in central Athens. Having the rooftop pool and breakfast and dinner available onsite made our days comfortable, especially after a lot of walking.
