Absolutely nothing is included with your room, and everything requires a reservation, which there aren't enough of. We booked two nights at the end of our long Greece trip as a means of rest and recovery from a week of running and adventure. We arrive to find the are not enough spa service appointments for everyone. Only one massage appointment was left a day in advance. But the spa didn't feel busy, it was quite dead actually. So I don't really understand what the point of this resort was, could have just stayed at any hotel and had the same experience. Even going to the beach required a reservation, which there were none available.
Restaurant was way more expensive than the beach side restaurants right across the street, just FYI.
Our room was ok except the A/C pooped out in the middle of the night. Staff promptly fixed the next morning.
