This is not really a hotel. Everything is rather rundown and in need of complete renovation. The Greek inspection authorities should inspect this place.

It looks like an apartment building. 6 stories but elevator only gets to 5th floor. Breakfast can be improved. Pictures showed more than what it actually is

Very good location, helpful Staff and value for money offering. A more attention to detail is needed though, especially in the room condition. Most probably I'll return in the future, if I have the chance.

Don't waste your time
The only positive thing about staying at this hotel is the location and the room size. The hotel needs a major overhaul. The pillows and the beds could be upgraded. The shower door would not close and it was falling apart. I found hair on the bed, on the floor and in the bathroom. The lighting could be improved (New and better light bulbs). Would not recommend to anybody.

Friendly staff room was quite nice . However the
Friendly staff. Suite was okay. However the facilities were not up to par. There was a lack of utensils, there was no dishwasher or kettle, there was also no washing machine or microwave which made things quite difficult.

At my arrival and check in my name was not listed in the bookings,furnitures in the room and reception was very poor, the shower tray was blocked, some lights was not functioning, a very large and dirty balcony with only two chairs. The receptionist was a polite and helpful lady and do everything to make me feel comfortable.

Great value for family on budget
Nice owners/staff. Very helpful. Great value so close to center of Athens. Room clean and spacious. Just bring your own soap and shampoo. Great basic breakfast for small hotel. Pool was great for kids after hot day of sightseeing. Few blocks from metro in non tourist area.

Utter Disappointment.
Overpaid for mediocre place. Arrived and they had overbooked. Receptionists were rude and abrupt. Breakfast was included however very basic. And overall cleanliness of rooms was lacking - specifically within the bathrooms! Was very disappointed on departure that I had spent that money on a place that was absolutely not worth it.

Entrance in a leafy mall. Five minute walk from the Metro. US Embassy nearby very much encouraging a safe neighbourhood. Supermarket and Restaurant s around the corner. Convention & Opera Centre a block away. 3 star accommodation but clean and well cared for. Suited what I was looking for. Taxi found it difficult to find from the airport. (€40)

Adequate, but leaves a lot to be desired
I stayed at this hotel because it was one of the closest to the US embassy, which I needed to visit the next morning. For this purpose, the hotel was more than adequate. The room was extremely spacious, in fact it was a studio apartment, rather than a hotel room. The hotel and the room were also extremely clean. And there was a large hot tub in the bathroom, which was a surprise. That's everything positive I can say about the hotel. There is no service after 10pm, the wifi is poor (albeit free), the two TVs in the room did not work at all, the shower was broken, there was no way to control the temperature.... the whole room and hotel in general was in a state of decay. For a short night's sleep in the neighborhood, this hotel is good enough I guess, but considering that hotels are pretty cheap in Athens in general, this is not good value for money. For only 10 or 20 euros more, one can stay in a far superior hotel.

Great Hotel for Groups
This is a lovely hotel in a rather out-of-the-way neighborhood. The suites are quite large, with two bedrooms, as well as a kitchen and sitting/dining area, and even a jacuzzi tub! The staff is friendly and efficient, but does not include "concierge" type services. Breakfast is abundant and served from 8 to 11 am.

Near Megaron
Ideal for conference at Megaron Conference Centre, 5 min walk to Metro station. Mike at reception very friendly and with good tips. Rooms clean and relatively quiet. Appartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom (with shower and jacuzzi) and balcony - good value for money. Furniture and towels a bit run down, breakfast very basic.

Hotel stay
The room itself was roomy for all of us. But the shower handle kept falling off, the power point was not properly in the wall,the dining chairs were not screwed onto the chairs,the entrance door had the handle missing. We were told that we would have 2 double beds but that was not the case.

OK som tillfällig övernattning
Vänligt bemötande i receptionen, omoderna och mörka men dock hygieniska rum. Ett trevligt kafé i samma gatstump ger omgivningen ett litet plus. Hotellet funkar som en tillfällig övernattning, men det är ingen romantisk logi om man säger så... Skulle säga att detta är 3+ stjärnor, inte 4.

Worth mainly for the jacuzzi
Obviously a block of flats (probably from the 1970s), renovated and turned into a hotel. Basically you get a small apartment, quite comfortable and spacy. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed, a living room/kitchen fully equipped (oven, fridge, cutlery) and a bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi for relaxing private moments. There is a also a balcony, however the area has nothing interesting but at least it is very safe. Metro stop is near, so it is easy to get anywhere. Staff was very polite, the reception does not work during 23:00-8:00 though. Free wi-fi. I would recommend it for a nice getaway in Athens.

Мы останавливались в отеле с 2 по 5 января 2018 года. Район прекрасный, тихий, метро близко. Завтраки неплохие, но обслуживание явно желает лучшего. В первый день нам не хватило даже чистых чашек для кофе/чая. Заезжали мы в отель поздно, в районе 24 часов, я направляла заранее письмо, однако ответа не получила, пришлось звонить и спрашивать - как попасть в отель, где ключи? Очень неудобно, так как звонок достаточно дорогой (с российского телефона), да и понимать речь по телефону трудно (по-английски я говорю плохо). Можно было ответить письменно на электронную почту, что не было сделано. Ванная комната требует косметического ремонта. А в остальном все понравилось. Чисто, удобно в номере.

5 Sterne??? 1 Stern wäre vielleicht ausreichend.
Gebucht habe ich Anfang 2017, leider waren da viele schlechte Bewertungen noch nicht vorhanden. Unsere Zimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe, schau euch die Bilder an. Es war schmutzig, kaputt und total veraltet. Zimmer sind groß, Betten ganz OK. Rest kann man nicht hinsehen. Frühstücken konnten wir nicht, es war einfach widerlich. Ich würde es niemanden raten dieses Hotel zu nehmen.

hôtel assez confortable avec de beaux balcons dans les chambres offrant une belle vue. Les chambres mériterait néanmoins une petite rénovation pour retrouver toute l'élégance moderne qui devait caractériser l'hôtel il y a quelques années. Le personnel d'accueil est charmant
